Moat Farm Tea Rooms and Vintage Afternoon Tea in South Lakeland

Excellent idea to turn the business into an outdoor takeaway due to COVID. Very friendly operators and a gorgeous place to stop.

Always brilliant. Owners are brilliant and friendly. Their little shed shop is great too. Lovely jam and eggs and farm fresh vegetables. Lovely seating area. I would highly recommend this lovely place. I have been there a few times and always brilliant.

Lovely place 🙂 Food was tasty and inexpensive and the views are just gorgeous. The swans and donkeys made the visit worthwhile on their own 🙂

Great place to pop in on the coast road. Good selection of drinks, snacks and cakes on offer with seating available in the adjacent garden. Friendly owners and reasonably priced. A hidden gem! Just take care when leaving as the exit is situated on a bend.

Quintessential English Tea rooms in a rural setting. You can also sit and have tea on the lawn. They serve a good range of other food and the owners have tried to stamp their personalities on it. Recommended.One improvement: improve the toilets.

A golden gem on the coast road. The food is great and doesn't break the bank like some places nowadays. The view is excellent. The lovely couple that own and run it are very friendly and welcoming.

Great little place to stop for a brew and a piece of homemade cake or a selection of light meals! Dogs welcome and access to the beach for a lovely walk.

I took my Grandson. A sunny day so we were outside. Amazing views over Morecambe Bay.Food excellent. I had home cooked ham sandwich with crisps and salad.George had cheesy chips (again homemade not frozen) with tea and a juice. £10.00.Service personal and caring.
