The location is good the food is ok but lady serving was extremely racist and rude. I would not coming back here .

Cafe review: Second time we've visited and another lovely visit. Staff were really friendly and attentive, food was good as usual, shame about the bread the sandwiches were served with as it was just generic (cheap?) sliced loaf, which would have been better with just a nicer bit of bread. Regardless lovely place and will visit again.

Wondered in on the off chance after a quick bit of breakfast, didn't realise the quality of food served would be this high standard for breakfast. The list of different teas is also great, if ever in the area again, would gladly return.

Brilliant find, the 2 ladies we met couldn't do enough for us. Rooms are roomy, the beds are comfy & you can have a mug of tea, not a thimble like most b&b provide.

Right in the middle of Bowness on Windermere. Doesn’t look much from the outside but inside it’s brilliant. Clean rooms with a tv too. Facilities very good and again very clean. Breakfast is in the cafe downstairs and that was thoroughly enjoyable too

Me and my friend booked to stay here as our first weekend away since lockdown. I’m so glad I booked here! The location is PERFECT! 2 mins walk from the lake. The room itself was so cosy and really well decorated. We loved breakfast in the café, Anca remembered our breakfast order the second day and that was really lovely. Overall perfect stay, will definitely be staying here again.

Lovely little room, we stayed for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed the included breakfast at the café! Customer service was amazing. We will definitely be going back again x
