Morrisons in South Lakeland

Was good gone down hill a bit.

Half price breakfast and really nice food. They need more staff though as the wait times are unacceptable. The lady on the till runs around clearing tables serving food and manning till while the one serving food never picks up dirty plates from tables as she passes. Shame

Sold out of basic ingredients for lunch by 2:20pm

Breakfast at cafe in Kendal store today Thursday 23rd. Greeted on entry. Not asked to use hand sanitizer (we did anyway) directed to table right by door where everyone passes. Ordered a large breakfast each. It came virtually cold but decided not to say anything as felt that at the moment we all have a lot going on. Halfway through I noticed that my toast had mould on it . Very dissapointed, definitely not usual Morrison's standard.

Opening up 15min late to be told we will have to wait another 30mins for food

Terrible service. Moody employees and food is mega disappointing.

Terrible in every way, my very simple meal took nearly 45min to arrive and not one of the empty tables was cleared. I'm English and live in France, if this Morrisons cafe was in France it would be deserted within a week! Probably 2 few staff.

Visited the cafe yesterday and if it wasn't for the fact I was hungry and short of time my entire meal would have been sent back! The hot food was almost cold and I had to go back and ask for something that was missing. Not happy!

Always top class meal with friendly staff definitely a five star.
