No.3 Curry House in South Lakeland

Stopped on the way from a road trip. Ok tasting food. Restaurant a bit on the small side with a few makeshit tables,but their main side of the trade is take outs. Very polite and friendly staff. Would I go to dine in? NO. Would I order a take out?🤔🤔 maybe.

Definitely worth a visit if you are in town. The food was good and the welcome friendly. I am not given to giving 5* . Retaining that for the most outstanding, but I don't hesitate to recommend No3.

Food 10/10 service 10/10.Shane was excellent! Not only was the food out of this world but it was more than reasonably priced. Came all the way from Bolton because of the reviews would easily go again. Well done Shane and the team keep doing what your doing. 👍🏻

One of the best curries I’ve ever had. Saw the reviews so thought I’d drive a bit further from where we were stopping to try a takeaway curry. Did not disappoint! Five of us ordered starters, mains, sides and rice/naan and all were to a very high standard - everyone loved their food. Fresh, amazing quality produce, generous portions, good selection (I’m vegetarian) and very reasonably priced for what we got. Not greasy and all the dishes tasted different unlike a lot of curry houses. Polite staff. Would happily recommend to anyone in the area. It was so delicious I didn’t have time/forgot to take any photos!

Excellent value for money. Friendly staff. Food outstanding. We just walked in but would advise booking as dining room small. Definitely recommend well worth a visit

Wow!! Staying at little acres camp site down road at crooklands, stayed here last year and got a takeout and it were that good im gutted i only went on last night of the stay, otherwise id have eaten here every night! Ordered the duck chom chom, as its unusual for an indian to have a duck dish so was intrigued, and my goodness did it pay off! Absolutely smashing curry frok here about to order one right now as im at that campsote again and ive been looking forwards to another curry from here for months! 😎👍

Our experience here was fantastic. The restaurant dining space is small but perfectly prepared with cosy tables overlooking the road and a serving counter for placing takeaway orders. We dined on a busy Friday night and witnessed lots of happy people coming to collect their food.The popadom sauces were fresh and the starters arrived promptly. Both our starters had great flavour and were hot.Standout service is hard to find, however this lovely restaurant had the right approach to customer service with a regular check-back after each course. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a tasty, well prepared meal.

Delicious. I had my first takeaway from here last night and it was the first of many. The vegetarian dishes were brilliant made with an interesting selection of fresh vegetables. Even the side salad was excellent! I look forward to dining in their 5-table dining room soon.

Fantastic food and service, drove up from settle on our honeymoon and they did not disappoint! Just beautiful food, calm atmosphere and a brilliant evening. Thank you for having us
