Really lovely wee cafe with a vegan menu!! Food was yummy and they even boxed it up for me to take away when I couldn't manage it all. I had a flat white with soya milk and it came with a wee home made vegan biscuit too. All in all a lovely little place that was open on Easter Monday ☺️ A bit small on the inside if you're still feeling a bit overwhelmed by people after covid. And you can't see any of the cakes before ordering (which is quite unusual). Staff are friendly and will come if you speak up to get their attention when it's busy. On the pricy side for us, but maybe that's standard pricing around these parts 🤷 All in all, a nice visit with parking outside on street free for 1 hour.

Good food and lovely service, a bit pricey especially the coffee which was really pretty average but would rather pay a bit extra for quality food, would recommend a visit if you are in Kirby Lonsdale

·

Great food, lovely service, fantastic coffee, reasonable prices and the staff were super friendly!

·

Lovely place - called in for an early lunch. Could not fault the sandwiches we had - good service and a lovely coffee to round it off. Really glad we found the place

Visited Kirkby Lonsdale and called in the cafe for a coffee and a piece of cake. The cakes were delicious and also saw people ordering Crumpets and toasted teacakes which also looked good. Well worth calling in if you are visiting.

Called in for a quick coffee and scone with jam and cream. Friendly service, great coffee and the scones are some if the best I've ever had. We will be paying another visit soon.

Number 44 should have 5 stars as the food is excellent. Unfortunately, my visit this time was spoilt by weak coffee. Not just me either. I overheard others comment too. Please don't spoil an excellent cafe with poor coffee.

·

Fantastic a must visit, cannot say anything bad about this place. Scones are served warm amazing, coffee and service a total credit to the owners.

·

Good coffee. A popular place. Often busy.

This place is rather expensive£2.90 for a scone that was quite obviously reheated and then they had the nerve to charge me 20p for extra butter.£3.20 for a mediocre flat whiteI don’t normally put bad reviews but the extra butter did it for me!.I realise it was market day and I realise you may have run out of “fresh baked scones” as advertised on the board, but tell the customer. Also put enough butter on the plate! You are taking advantage of day trippers with these prices.
