Old Laundry Theatre Bistro in South Lakeland

Just enjoyed an amazing performance of 'Tell Me on a Sunday'. Great set, brilliant singing. The venue is small but that draws you into the performance, when you can see the smallest expression on an actor's face.

We took our 2 half Dutch granddaughters who love the Beatrix Potter stories, fantastic, we and they absolutely loved it. Couldn't fault anything. We saw the show, the exhibition and the tea with Peter Rabbit, all brilliant.

Lovely little theatre. My first visit there and I was very impressed. The performance of Season's Greetings was excellent. I will definitely visit again.

Came to the theatre with grandchildren x it was wonderful, we all thoroughly enjoyed it and the attaction after. We'll presented, robust and colourful.

An evening with Lindisfarne, absolutely brilliant. We love coming to this theatre. Such a great asset for Bowness and Windermere.

Just seen Lindisfarne at Old Laundry Theatre Bowness on Windermere. only one original member left but still very entertaining a full house.

It was such a pleasant surprise to discover this place and "Where is Peter Rabbit" show. Not sure who had a better time my three year old or me, but we'll definitely be back

Full disclosure - I was performing at this theatre, not visiting as audience. That said, it's a lovely space in a beautiful setting. It shares a building with the World of Beatrix Potter attraction, which I didn't get to see, but the theatre itself was great. There are no bad seats as the layout is good with a steep rake, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Hope I get to visit again soon.

Absolutely fabulous experience, beeginning to end, from the meal at the Bistro, the outstanding performance “By Jeeves” ( benefitting from superb acoustics and comfortable seating) - the meet/ greet by the performers and the overall welcome by the staff - superb refreshments available- this is truly a jewel of a theatre

Saw Mamma Mia with diner. Screen was not good, sound was not good. Both bad quality and/or not good set up. Food was basic quality. Not bad, but also not great. It was ok. Overall experiance was 3 star but would not do it again.
