Ordered several times from here and every time it's always wrong. you leave a note on the website while ordering that they just don't read. You phone them to correct the issues and they appologise and say they'll fix it and then never turn up. Do not order from here

I wouldn’t bother. Staff hurl abuse at you for asking for refund for missing items and food is awful and cold. Surprised it’s still open.

We ordered the 2 kebab feasts £15:00 each,It wasn’t served with the “fried peppers, mushrooms, onions” Also didn’t include the two tubs off sauce. 🤦🏽‍♂️Delivery fee off £6 or a 20 minute round trip for it to be Rectified I Will not be ordering again!“Order for a disappoint!”

Don't order from this place. They never delivered my order, just took my money. Then when I tried calling to enquire where my delivery was, they kept hanging up on me.

I wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered from this place.Scruffy inside. Well overdue a total revamp.Displayed menu being updated, all prices duck taped over. Obviously a new paper menu was at hand.Large kebab with chilli sauce.Meat was bone dry and crumbled. Obviously not fresh. Tossed it away. Chilli sauce was very mild as if it was watered down.Bread, dry as sticks.If you ever in Kendal, give this a miss.This is a true review. If it was good food it would be positive.

Ordered last night Donnie kebab with small salad garlic and cheese pizza 2x Curley fries arrived on time NO salad and every thing was cold won't be ordering again

I went in with 2 friends and kindly asked if they were halal. One of the guys behind the counter said yes. I also asked to have a look at the certificate because i wasn't from the area. The guy got extremely defensive and aggressive after this. He started shouting, swearing and threatening us, purely because i wasn't trusting their word. We exchanged words but i was always polite.None of the other staff said anything and just overlooked us. As I left, he was still hurling insults and then i could hear the staff shout and argue amongst themselves. Overall, it was a very hostile experience.Personally, i don't believe this place is halal. They had no halal signs and no certification. And the reaction to someone very politely asking for evidence would not have been so extreme if they actually had it!Avoid at all costs!

Tried as on my way home. Ordered popcorn chicken and chips. Paid £5 - only take cash but then see price on the menu on the counter is £4.70. was told this because is a 2017 menu but then why keep it on the counter?Generally pretty grubby inside and could do with a good clean, fridge dirty, walls dripping in grease.Not impressed with popcorn chicken - might have been chicken once upon a time but is now more like jelly. Would have been better going McDonalds for a higher quality.Will not use again. Very disappointed as window claims best in Kendal.Edit: Just found this has a 1 food safety rating in 2020 with major improvements required. Probably would have failed today...

My friend ordered from here tonight at 10pm, it got to half past ten and she checked on the order and it said it was waiting confirmation. We waited ten minutes longer and when it still wasn't confirmed we tried ringing you. The money left her account so it was paid for, we tried ringing you for a good twenty minutes and nobody picked up the phone. You guys do not close until half past 11 so this behaviour was disgraceful. Never ordering from here again.

Pizza was average but edible and the customer service was terrible. I called to chase the pizza and i was told "It should be on it's way" Surely they should know? Then the they just hung up.When the pizza was delivered the delivery driver said "This is the last time we'll be delivering out here"Well, thats also the last time I'll order from you too.
