I enjoyed my Roy's ice cream, but being completely honest I feel there slightly overated. I got a honeycomb crush with a waffle cone, and a flake. The ice cream was literally vanilla ice cream with honeycomb peices yet the picture looked like honeycomb flavoured ice cream with honeycomb peices. So for that reason I feel a 3 star rating is what's needed here.

Great range of flavours right on the beach! It can get pretty busy on a sunny day but it is worth the wait. Lots of beaches on the beach to sit once you have your ice cream. Parking is just along the beach on the rocky gravel but very easy to get too

A very popular ice cream can selling lots of different flavours. Reasonably priced their favourite flavour is honey crunch. I agree. I also had strawberry ripple. Avoid.Bottom line is, it's well worth a visit on a trip to the coast.PS: They've also hidden a decorated pebble in the grassy beach front. If you find it, you'll get a free ice cream. (I found it just after I finished my first!)
