Shahib's in South Lakeland

Group of 4 all had dishes from chefs speciality menu. The food and service were excellent. Will definitely be returning.

Visited Shahib's last night for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We got a very friendly welcome and the service and the food were superb. We have visited all the Indian restaurant's in Bowness and this one is the best.

Great Indian restaurant 😊 very polite on arrival. Absolutely top quality food, generous portions and very good flavours. Service very good and relaxed atmosphere. Great traditional Indian music in the background 👍 if you fancy an Indian in bowness on Windermere get yourself there you won't be disappointed!! Thank you jack

Didnt want to give a star. Worst restaurants. Didn't take the order even if its order more than £75. Kids were This restaurant is expecting food based on people and they are suggesting to take minimum food else the order can be rejected by chef. Hopeless reason. Never expected this from a restaurant. Please do not mention them number of people dining. Not sure what are they expecting when they are dining in....

Brilliant, we had a lovely evening, food was delicious, staff was very friendly, and couldn't do enough for us. Very happy. Would definitely come back.

Eaten at some lovely places on our stay and ordered takeaway here on our last night. Great service and fast. The food was lovely too with great flavours and heat, delivery driver made a comment about us celebrating an occasion and the bottle of wine helped my parter enjoy her birthday even more!

We came here to celebrate a special birthday and we weren't disappointed! The food was incredible, plenty of vegetarian options to choose from. I can confidently say this is the nicest vegetarian Indian I've ever had! The staff were absolutely lovely too. Highly recommend!

Firstly the staff were fantastic, super friendly, polite and funny. The restaurant was big bright and clean with a lovely atmosphere and good background music. Prices were very reasonable and the menu was very helpful as this was my first ever Indian.The food was tasty and plenty of it, everyone in my party loved there choice of dish. I just hope I can come back again soon!
