Dirty Dogs all round and they didn't disappoint, very tasty indeed and 4 very happy bellies! To top it off it was all enjoyed in the outside seating area, making the most of the beautiful weather 😎

Nice place in the sun. Food was ok, but not great. Not much choice of beer.

Enticing range of cocktails and a decent range of beers and spirits.Super friendly staff and a really nice chic ambiance. Outside seating was very comfortable and heating a bonus as the evening cooled.

Walked down from Windermere on a very cold frosty day. Saw this pub slightly up a hill which looked inviting. Was going to sit outside as there were plenty of patio heaters but thankfully dogs were allowed indoors😊. Welcoming surroundings, added bonus a real fire and the most delicious Pina Colada. The cocktails are rather expensive unless you come when they have 2 for 1 on but we were too early. We ordered food which was all delicious and generous portions. Would definitely recommend this bar, barman very friendly and table service too, we will definitely return🍍🍹x

Great food, great cocktails, great atmosphere, great service, and great prices. Their food is hearty, and their cocktails are packed with flavour (they are a must-have, if you ever drop by!). Service is impeccable - we were a group of 4, and we availed 2 lots of the "starter and a main for £12" deal, and they gave us our own plates, plated the food as if it was for each one of us (I'm pretty sure that they gave us extra too!). Would definitely recommend if you're in the area.

Staff were very rude and ignorant. We were stood at the bar and they all just carried on talking to each other. The actual pub decor and style is Fab. That's what made is want to go in and try it. Bit we were very disappointed by the staff so spoiled our experience. To top it off for some reason as we were sat outside on the lovely terrace a member of staff wiped a German guys seat for him because it was a bit wet with drizzle! Just very bizarre extremes of customer service! Will not return

Nice pub, nice atmosphere just cold! On the only wet and cold day in July 2018 we called in to get out of the rain. The patio heaters we're on outside but we say inside by the fire. Unfortunately the door was wedged open so the whole place was still cold otherwise we'd have stayed for food. Still a nice pint though.
