Great place to get a cuppa and some chips! The two gentlemen who were there were lovely and helpful!

Walked in looking for lunch, was welcomed by Alan to sit by the fire and peruse the menu whilst overhearing tales of traveling. Once chosen we were taken to our table with a fabulous view of the spout and a very busy bird table. Great food, great location, with warm and welcoming service. Would love to return.

Fantastic (alcohol free) inn: good sandwiches, interesting drinks, decent coffee, and truly the best scone i have ever had, and I've had a lot! Nice walk nearby, with a steep trek up the waterfall if you can manage it.

Lovely little place feels like you have gone back in time. Had lunch here and was not disappointed. There is a lovely walk to the bottom of cautley spout at the back of here or climb to the top if your more energetic. Beutiful spot.

What a jewel to fund on our way to Yorkshire. Went inside and back in time for coffee and homemade scones. Absolutely devine. Staff lovely and has to be visited. Seating outside too and parking. But loved inside

Friendly staff and good service. Amazing views of the nearby mountains and waterfall (Cautley Spout). It was fun to see all the farm animals and birds while eating. I usually don't drink alcohol when I go out so it was great for me to have a larger selection of non-alcoholic drinks than would be available at a licensed pub.

Nice lunch . Chose the home made Steak Pie with chips and peas. delicious. Nice view across to the fells. very pleasant service. Every table taken when we were there so obviously popular. Good prices as well. Obviously no alcohol served but a wide range of alternative drinks.

I enjoyed a lunch-time main course meal with a soft drink at The Cross Keys today; and, the food and the friendly atmosphere was just right. The location, right-out in the countryside, is lovely. I will call there again.
