The Fizzy Tarte in South Lakeland

Paid £30 for 2 cocktails, mines was accidentally spilled before I even tasted it. The staff were rude seemed even though I was really apologetic and wasn’t even offered another drink so sat there without a drink whilst my partner finished. You expect a certain level of customer care when paying those prices, was really disappointed.

Walked in and walked straight back out. Whichever waitress greeted us should be sacked or take a course in customer service.Totally rude.Places like this forget without customers travelling in from further a field you would shut downIt's not acceptable to speak to people in the tone and manner you did.

Had a great meal, lovely staff, great afternoon tea

First visit and originally had no tables then a couple of hours later had one. Enjoyed great cocktails with table service. There was a constant stream of people coming in and although did not order food what I saw looked good. A good mix of customers coming and going. Cocktails were great and tasty although maybe a little pricey but that's post COVID for you.

Lovely afternoon tea, service brilliant,in the middle of Windermere

This was a great find. Love the Decor and atmosphere. The staff are really friendly, helpful and attentive. We stopped for a lunch and shared a board with some extra bread. It was the perfect amount and tasted fantastic with great presentation. The coffee was really good and the non alcoholic cocktail was spot on. Cannot fail this place.

Random weekend away find. Staff extremely accommodating, approachable and all round lovely.Reasonable prices for the area.Best cocktails and just an all round amazing experience. We will be returning in summer when we return for another weekend away 😁

Went for afternoon tea. We had the booth seating whoch for anyone debating to book we found to be great and actually even better than normal seating as you were tucked away and had your own space.Food itself was very good although minor part of not enough cream or jam for our scones but that really is a minor part. The staff were super and really helpful even though they were rushed off their feet.

Such a lovely place, we had amazing cocktails, champagne and afternoon tea, fabulous service too
