We found the staff friendly and the food was good. It's not cheap but nowhere is these days. Located in Sedbergh high street, the place has a timeless feel to it.Some people would say Sedbergh is too quiet to which I would say quiet is good and the M25 is bad .. very bad .. give me some chips to eat and I'll happily sit on the seats opposite The Haddock Paddock and munch my way through them ...

Without doubt the best Fish n Chip shop on Earth. Delicious, succulent Fish in melt in mouth batter. Chips are shovelled on. Outstanding👍👍

Friendly service on the phone, decent fish and chip shop. Would say that the pie is more of a pasty style though.

Great tasting fish & chips, friendly staff. The food is cooked to order so always fresh. There is a small cafe next to the take-away section, so in the unlikely event that it's raining you can sit in the warm and dry to eat.

Never been here before but visited whilst away for a few days. Lovely fish and chips. Friendly staff. Cosy place. Had that holiday feel about it. A very good chippy with excellently cooked food, and can eat in the cafe or take away. Great place for refreshment while out on the bike. Close to the Joss Lane car park.
