Bukhara in South Ribble

Food is average and over priced. There are much better places out there. Owner needs to be a little more humble. Far too arrogant without realising that he wouldn't have a business if it wasn't for the customers.

Filthy - absolutely crawling - poor service but nice curry.If you don't mind the greasy walls and windows, the mumbling and moody waiters, dirty glasswear and stained cutlery then give this place a go; the food was decent. 'Best Curry House In Britain' - no so sure, it might the dirtiest though.

This is one of the best restaurants serving authentic Indian/Pakistani cuisine in this area. The taste is great - not like toned down foods. The Chilman Biriyani is a must try. However they do not serve alcohol. This might be a downer for some.

Excellent meal at Bukhara.... saved me going to Manchester. Quality of the food was spot on. I am a regular at Veeraswamy in London but I am happy I have something local at the same standard. Keep it up guys.

Hint hint first of all, I would welcome free food for writing this review and also the guy who sorted this night out, you know who you are!Okay, all 26 that's right, 26 of us did not have a bad word said for the food served. Excellent tastie cuisine spot on and not lacking in food portions. I would come again...ok I was driving, but anybody who would have liked a beer unfortunately none served here.This could have been 5 🌟 if cobra beer was served.There are plenty of parking spaces for you hungry people.In summary, great food. I would come again if it was in my neck of the woods... that means, local, same town, and near a pub.

I've been to Bukhara twice & both times have been great, the taste of the food is delicious & consistent, the presentation of the food is that on par with an al la carte restaurant, offering a wide selection of fusion to traditional Asian style dishes, the dessert range was great with many to offer. I had travelled far from Hull as a planned weekend visit to Manchester, Southport & to Bukhara to put the cap on it all, it was great thank you.

Fabulous food! Gorgeous lamb chops & a spicy, delicious karahi spicy chicken curry. The bread was a light & fluffy as a cloud. Yum.

Honestly one of the best restaurants out there. From the starters to the dessert was outstanding. Customer service 5* family friendly. Will be definitely coming again!!!
