Shocking place!For starters it takes way too long to get service, way too long to receive the order...The "restaurant" has an huge smudge of dirt all over the door handle on entrance.Music is way too loud... not only to sit and eat but to hear when your oder is ready (20 minutes later)Worst of all is the food and drink! No ice in the self service drink machine the result was a warm dishwater drink with a hint with of what tastes like spice or at worse chemicals...When we eventually got our order, the buns to the burgers where horrible and dry and tasted like they where from days ago..At 22 pounds for 2 meals at this quality is an absolute joke!!I'd never go back nor recommend.

Just horrible. Food was dry and chips were just plain with no taste. Fizzy drink was watered down not fizzy at all. Burger was tiny and considering we paid ÂŁ18 pounds for 2 meals I would expect more than a small bit of bacon on a burger that clearly states one of the main ingredients is bacon. Asked for a meal and got about 8 fries in each meal. Definitely will not be returning.

Without doubt the worst BK we have ever visited. Not many in but we seem to wait an age to get seved and even longer to get our order. My wife ordered a plain cheeseburger and I ordered a whopper with all the trimmings and cheese. When we started to eat them they were barely warm and my whopper had the meat and cheese only. The bread wasn't exactly fresh and it was like eating sawdust, we put most of it in the bin, horrible experience.

The slowest Burger king I have ever visited. 30 minutes to get our order. The food was fine when we got it but was definitely thrown together. The staff were overwhelmed by walk ins, delivery orders and the drive through. There were too many staff front of house and not enough actually making the food.

Had a bit of a wait for food but that may have been because it was quiet. Possibly cooking to order so the food was hot. Had the Vegan Royale which was very tasty. Fries also very nice. Only downside was the coffee machine was out order.

Very in enthusiastic staff. Was not bothered at all but the lack off loo roll in the toilet. So flat with no happy to help attitude at all. Asked for eat in and was presented with take away total wast off packaging. All tablets need a clean and floor looks like it was last week when it was swept last. Will not rush back.

Absolutely awful, don’t bother, long waits at the drive thru when you are the only customer! issues with card payments, been twice over the last few weeks, cash only? Tried to give them the Benefit of the doubt, then I went 35mins before closing with CASH, to be told it’s closed? Does not close till 10pm, staffed by predominantly youngsters, they are always very friendly and always apologetic, Burger King needs to pull the finger out with this site!

The wait is just ridiculous, this is the third time in a row that either items have not been available or the drive thru wait is just a joke.Only 2 cars in front of us and got to the point that we actually turned off our engine we waited that long.No sorry for the delay when we got to the window and they are so quick to take the money and shut the window on you again.Isn’t this meant to be fast food? Probably would have been quicker to go to another Burger King at this rate.

We had to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru, the whopper burgers were made up with children's meal buns, had no onions and the mayonnaise was watered down. The fries had black bits all over them from being cooked in old fat and the food was cold. I would've complained to staff but it wasn't their fault as they were trying to make things work with the little stock they had. The restaurant was understaffed and I felt sorry for them to be honest. The restaurant is obviously being mismanaged. They were receiving abuse from some customers which is unacceptable but people were receiving substandard meals.This is the third time in as many visits that items from our meals have been missing due to low stock but this visit was the worst. It wasn't worth the money and I won't be returning to this particular restaurant.

So after only 2 cars in front of me at the drive thru and waiting almost 25 minutes and still not making it to the first window I felt I had to leave this review. The food is ok (but massively overpriced.. reg fries ÂŁ1.89, reg drink ÂŁ1.89 average burger ÂŁ6) but every single visit I have had has been the same ridiculously slow service. It would have been quicker to go to McDonald's at the capital centre which is out the way, eat my food and drive back here than simply grabbing a single burger from this place. Currently writing this whilst waiting in the drive thru. Avoid if your time is important!
