Lovely affordable food, friendly staff, excellent customer service

I had to knock on the door at 08.07hrs, as they were not open on time! A women opened the door, looked at me like I was a peasant and how dare I expect her to be open on time!. I commented do you not open at 8, she said there abouts! The 2 members of staff then ignored me and starting putting chairs our etc. Both ladies need to go on a customer care course! To say I was not happy is an understatement. With retail being difficult you would think they would cherish their customers.I will not be going to this establishment again, not happy!.

Friendly staff and great choice of food at a reasonable price

Great coffee and cake but tables not very clean & had to wipe down with a paper napkin. Maybe they'd had a rush of customers that day....

Delicious home cooked food. Wheelchair accessible. Toilets on ground floor. News on tv. VERY friendly staff. Very reasonable prices.
