Dilraj Takeaway in South Ribble

Not a great visit and assuming it was my first I will not be returning. Onion bhajis were inedible, soggy and tasted awful. Chicken tikka starter was swimming in a pool of oil. Never had anything like that from anywhere else and the chicken tikka masala was bland and they sent plain boiled rice when I ordered pilau. Naan was also soggy and popadoms were bendy. All in all it was terrible

Praise where praise is due! Thought we would give this place a go rather then our usual Leyland Indian takeaway. Definitely a good idea. Best meal I’ve had in ages. The set menus for 2 was delicious and delivered quickly on a busy night. My new local ‘go to’ curry house. YUM!

ordered a deshi garlic king prawn curry when it arrived it hd minced lamb in it im peskatarian I rang dilraj up to tell them about this as on just eat it said it was king prawns cooked in garlic nothing else. I read this back to the man on the phone and his reply was they were doing nothing about it and I should pay for another curry.so I now have a meal that will need to be binned aswell as the chips. The curry was a chefs special so cost over £8 plus the chips and delivery charge.He was very rude on the phone. Will not go back there or recommend it to any of my friendsIn reply to diraj. Well you have never let me down been coming to you for years and will contend to keep coming your Curry's are so flavoursome and you get plenty and reasonably priced keep it up

This place has decent food but the delivery times are absurd and can often run to an hour and a half.

Great food pity the 1 hour delivery turned into nearly two though. Pick up probably best option

Visited last night, I was greeted by very friendly staff, the food was amazing and well priced I'll defenitly be going back, keep up the good work lads

Ordered for delivery.. Called them 1hr 20min.. Later... Sorry for the delay .. It's on it's way... 1hr later called again..., we've lost your order!!.... Terrible!!!! Rubbishy service!!.. & no food!!!

Lovely meal freshly cooked plenty of it and extremely tasty would highly recommend
