The sweet was really tasty, but the service was very poor, the guy that served us was angry at us for no reason and when we ordered vegan oat milk for the coffee he was annoyed.

Went for a meal here this evening for my daughter’s 1st birthday and her cousin’s 12th. Staff was friendly and professional (lee was helpful polite and assisted us in every way) new management seemed friendly and helpful also. The food from the kitchen was tasty and delicious and (chris makes an exceptionally tasty steak, and the drinks prepared by keali were amazing). Thank you to the whole team for making my daughters birthday a special evening.

Had food here whilst visiting Blackpool. Very friendly staff, food tasted great and the service was very quick! It was quite early on in the day, probably about 1pm, when we visited and it was very quiet so very easy to get a table. Free parking available. Would come again!

Mediocre service. Food is typical Frankies, so you know want you're getting. But the waitress never offered another drink so I had to make a tiny cocktail last a full burger and fries. Kids garlic bread side never arrived, despite me asking again for it. Didn't see the waitress until it was time to clear the plates. I complained, they knocked off the price of the kids meal. So yeah, just underwhelming.

Squeezed us in despite being fully booked. Sarah was outstanding in delivering a first class customer service. She gave us a warm welcome, and even spared us 5 minutes to ask about our day.She was always attentive offering us more drinks, checking if we were comfortable and recommending dishes from the menu. It’s amazing to see a ‘hands-on’ manager who’s on the floor with the rest of the team looking after guests.Food was hot, tasty, and served quickly.Would definitely recommend, and visit again soon.

We ate here this evening with our two young sons. We have been a Frankie and Benny's fan for many years but it isn't what it used to be. The menu is limited and a shadow of what they previously offered and the food, although decent quality, is massively over priced. The most outrageous over charge the £3 for a can of coke. The saving grace for the evening was how nice and attentive the staff were. Would not pay that amount of money for mediocre meals again.

We are so grateful for the wonderful birthday surprise for my daughter this evening. We didn't expect it and it really meant alot to us to have them come and sing and clap. Lovely experience and a nice pizza too! I hope they read this and know how happy we are for their kind act xx

The staff here are really friendly, but that's where the goodness stopped. Recently visit this restaurant, the volume level in this restaurant will definitely overload your senses, shouting chefs, loud music, screaming kids & loud customers.Ordered a starter of tear & share garlic bread, described on the menus as Fresh from the oven, glazed with garlic spread, sprinkled with Gran Levanto cheese £6.40, it was literally 8 balls of white bread served with a little bowl of melted butter with something floating on the top. Then for mains ordered a Double bacon and cheese burger £14.80, as pictured that is all you got for £14.80! Secondly after struggling to eat one patty I had to stop due to the fear of my teeth snapping, the patty was burnt & seriously dry, all masked with melted cheese & sauce, described on the menu as succulent it certainly wasn't.Called the manager over & informed her, asked her to take it off my bill which she kindly did. Then offered me something else to eat, but didn't have the time to wait for a fresh meal to be cooked, then she offered me a desert which would be quicker, accept & will recommend the chocolate fudge cake.Unfortunately will never be returning to this restaurant again.
