KFC in South Ribble

Been a couple of times over the last 12 months and each time the order is wrong! The bites in sauce, just a sauce! Missing fries, missing lettuce from a burger, not sure how they get it so wrong!

Ordered two zinger meals and a single fillet burger with fries. The zinger burgers where tough, buns spongey and chicken hard. One zinger meal missing gravy. The fillet burger was tough and the latte ordered was Luke warm. I think 2 stars is ok considering

Shocking. Wait time here is an absolute joke. This is supposed to be fast food? As a delivery partner, I'm told to arrive at the restaurant at a set time (as the order should be ready then to collect), this is never the case, and I have on more than one occasion sat for over 30 minutes after the stated "collection" time. Whoever owns this franchise needs to get a grip of it.

I do like KFC and I'm not knocking the food but the staff............. Jeez! They need some leadership. Our 2 basic meals took 34 minutes and there was chicken ready to go when we ordered and about 1/3 full of customers. Admit, there were 47 cars in the drive-through but having what looked like robots that have shorted out for staff ain't productive. One more note. The guy on the tables and the only one that hadn't shorted out. Tallish dude with short black hair. Man! You are a credit. Friendly, polite and professional. You should have the top job. Good on ya mate.

Music really loud, couldnt hear what the server was saying whilst taking our order. The screen and mask didn't help either. Tables were filthy until he came to wipe them. Then put the crumbs all over the floor. Food great though.

Got a family bucket on Uber eats a couple months ago which was great, came quickly and can't fault but today ordered the same thing, no problems with delivery but there was only 9 pieces in the supposed 10 piece and it appears that 2 very small portion sizes of fries were shared between 4 bags. There was 3 of us; 2 adults and a 5yr old and the family bucket meal is supposed to be between 4 people. Last time we had loads left because there was 3 of us, this time I ended up with less chips than you get in a happy meal at McDonald's.

ShockingIgnorant staff. Stood at the counter for 4 and a half minutes before someone even spoke to me even though 3 members of staff could see me.Maybe they should learn their menu?I ordered a 1.99 snack box. Simple. The member of staff then asked me what I wanted in it to which I replied, your menu states clearly what is in the 1.99 snack box , there are no other options. He kept asking me questions.Just give me what your menu says. It's not hard is it?

Got the gravy burger meal as advertised on TV every two minutes.Very disappointed. Chicken fillet was dry and tasteless.It looked nothing like the burger on the TV.KFC should just stick to what they know and not sell tasteless gimmicks.

Dined in after a long time. It was a busy time. I must say, I prefer takeaway instead of dining in at KFC. The environment was so hectic, I felt as if I was just adding up in the hassle. I felt intimidated to ask for the bbq sauce and Mayonnaise sauce, felt like the person at the collect counter would kill me 😂.No complaints at all for the food as always.

Just been through the drive thru, got home and my 9 year old daughter has bit into her mini fillet burger to find that instead of a fillet of chicken they have put a hot wing in it, almost broke her tooth on it. Absolutely shocking. Also Customer service was terrible , I was given small drinks with my large meals and when I pointed this out, the guy tutted rudely and didn’t apologise and practically through them back at me, despite this as a drove away I thanked them and in return I was given a dirty look and not a word of thanks
