Always get our takeaways from here. We’ve tried a few different places in the past and this is by far the best place in my opinion. We generally order over the phone to collect, so can’t comment on delivery times, but we haven’t really had a problem with waiting too long when collecting. I would definitely recommend if you are able to collect yourself. Food is tasty, service is great and prices are very reasonable.

Foods okay but I’ve ordered about 4/5 times from here & its ALWAYS LATE.so its the last time i order.I can understand being late at weekend. But 2 HOURS WAIT on a Wednesday night is ridiculous.There are other Indians just as good who can deliver on time.I will not be back and I DO NOT RECOMMEND.I rung up tonight and they didn’t even apologise, just said “ it be with you soon”Terrible service.

Food arrived very late was not happy with it in general bad customer service like they didn't care this has happened a couple of times before but thought I would give them a chance. Was not happy at all will not be ordering from there again and suggest no one orders from them.

Food was PATHETIC, we were not able to eat it, my kid slept with out eating.Rice and curry was half cooked, chapatis were so hard you can not chew it.Chicken in the curry was smelling and very chewy.Curries were absolutely rubbish, they don't know how to make Indian food and curries.

So happy with the service here!They’re very knowledgeable about the ingredients in there food. Accommodating if you have certain dietary needs. Me and my partner choose not to have milk in our diets and they easily told us what was suitable. Really good English too so no language barrier. Food felt light and fresh, not saturated in oil. Will be back for sure!

Firstly, food was half an hour late - not acceptable. Secondly, when it did arrive, the driver was very rude to me - questioning me as though he thought I was a thief. I found this quite intimidating and rude. Food was mediocre.

I went to lalveena last night for a take out. Got 2 x chicken tika masala with boiled rice and can say that it was very good. Restaurant quality I would say. More people should go here. You won't be disappointed 👍

Excellent Indian food, can’t fault it (apart from the naan bread which is like cardboard). However, after having been a good customer for well over 15 years I have to say that the Lalveena delivery service is the worst I’ve ever experienced, and for that reason I will now be going elsewhere for our fairly regular Friday night Indian meal treat. Last night we ordered a meal at 6pm for home delivery and were told it would arrive within 45-50 minutes. We live about 15 minutes drive away. After 90 minutes waiting I rang up and asked where our food order was and was told it was “on its way”. It arrived lukewarm after another 20 minutes wait, we warmed it up but it was spoiled. Totally ruined our plans for the evening and unfortunately this isn’t the first time this has happened. Exactly the same thing happened a couple of months ago with a 2 hour wait for our food to eventually arrive cold.

Best Indian takeaway in higher Walton PR5 4dj Preston. Lancashire. I will recommend aney body plz try the nice authentic Indian food. Thanks
