Tried the afternoon tea. Absolutely gorgeous. Good selection of flavoursome sandwiches and cakes. Larges cream scone outside of Devon and Dorset. Well worth a visit.

Great place to go for afternoon tea! It's a very unique twist on afternoon tea with a lot of tasty desserts and the largest scones I've ever seen. We loved the decor of the tea room as well. Overall a really nice experience and would definitely come back.

Fantastic!! The atmosphere, quality of food and the level of service were all amazing, went for afternoon tea with my friend which was a Xmas present, and neither of us could fault a single thing. Thankfully they gave us boxes to fetch some home, as there was no way we could eat it all!! And we had unlimited tea. Would highly recommend and will be returning very soon

First time for myself but my niece has been before. Nice place and decor, clean and tidy. Service was very good, drinks came in good time after the other customers were served. Food, again good delivery time and first time I've had eggs benedict which was nice (abit too much Hollandaise sauce for my liking but filled the stomach). Overall very nice place.

Really lovely place. The staff are absolutely super and just cannot do enough for you as a customer. Imaginative menu choice presented to a very high standard. Priced as one would expect from a high end establishment. A real asset to Longton and further afield

We went to Mad Hatter's Tea Shop for a Sunday breakfast and we were not disappointed.Wonderful service with a relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast was lovely with the best sausages I've had in a long while.

·

Lovely little tea shop, good size portions and massive choice from cakes to biscuits to fudge, and you can take away.

This isn't a place I'd choose to go to. It's very pink! Food is decent, I had a prawn sandwhich which was lush. I'm not a huge fan of afternoon tea but I know a lot of people who have had afternoon tea here - they rave about it all the time.

An absolute wonder of an experience, lovely decor and happy, bubbly staff. We went in for a Sunday snack lunch and it was one of the best! There's great accommodation for kids too, there's even a children's afternoon tea option. Can't recommend this place highly enough!
