Mcdonald's Restaurants in South Ribble

We ordered through u we weeks and they got the ENTIRE order wrong. Missing items and when we tried to call them, no one answered. They used to be great but the last two times we’ve ordered, they’ve missed items. They are going TOO fast and need to slow down and actually read orders and double check they are there before sealing the bag and sending to customer. Paid £40 for absolutely nothing. Will NOT be ordering again. Very disappointed. Staff need more training.

Sadly my order was wrong again. Pickle removed from the order, using the App, collected from the drive through, got home to find pickle on the burger.Added issue this time was they gave my my ice cream and asked me to park in a waiting bay. By the time my food can the ice cream had melted.Other than that the food was good.

Got the drive thru order wrong so I had to go in. No apology just slack-jawed looks. I ordered a coffee which turned up only to be brown water that tasted like the detergent they use to clean the machine. Aweful. Not going back.

Placed order on app, selected drive thru collection and got a code. Gave it to drive thru who told me they had the order and to go to the final window. Was queuing for about 20 mins. Staff at final window said there had been a problem with payment and said I would have to rejoin the queue and drive back round to the payment window queuing for another 25 mins. Unacceptable and about the 4th time I've had similar problems. App deleted and will be BK from now on!

Absolute joke my order came cold with no serviettes, no straws and no dips we paid for. Also missing a burger we paid for. I try to ring and constantly ‘busy’ probably taken the phone off the hook after reading some of the reviews it seems this is an easy way not to deal with their shoddy service. If you paid for a ticket at the cinema and the film was cut short 20 minutes so you didn’t get what you paid for would you be happy? How is this any different we haven’t received what we paid for and unable to contact anyone to resolve this fuming is an understatement!!!

Well I only do real honest and fair reviews so this wasn't good, really poor tbf. My little boy could not eat his pancake breakfast until it was cold as there were no forks to be found, only knives. Eventually a fork was located and handed over, no offer to make fresh hot food but there you go. Worse was yet to come when I went to the toilet. The disabled was a disgrace and looked like a festival toilet on day three, no excuse Mcdonalds, no one let alone less able visitors should have to use these. At 9.30 in the morning they should at least be clean for the first customers. I gave some feedback to the duty manager who agreed with all my comments but offered nothing but a friendly smile. I won't be returning as Chorley is usually much better.

Absolutely disgusting ordered food at 9.35 it came at 9.53 cold and that was in the restaurant if they concentrated more on the term fast food and not cold food and got it to the customers on time then maybe you wouldn't get so many bad reviews. I wouldn't mind the restaurant wasn't even busy but they seem to concentrate more on the just eat. Does that bring I more money????? I think they need to address this it's shocking

Used drive through and in fairness it was quite busy, but. When ordering had to keep telling the young man taking it several times before he got it correct. When collecting order was told had to park up and it will be brought out to us. While sat waiting 2 delivery people came out with orders to deliver. Food was luke warm and the chicken burgers dry.

Sometimes the food can be amazing sometimes it can be bland and dry and look like it was put together by a 2 year old. Sometimes the staff are great and super helpful and then other times they are super miserable and you can tell they would rather be anywhere else. There is this one guy who is really enthusiastic on the drive thru and sings and he really makes you smile.
