Food was already pre ordered but papa John's rang 30 mins prior to collection to confirm pick up time which was a good touch, food was hot ready and delicious, it's not the cheapest, but its quality.

Worst experience, never using Papa john’s again ever.very very poor service, went to pick up an order and the person said five minutes wait then after 15 mins of wait another person comes up and said 2 mins waited another 10 mins and no apologies whatsoever.when complain to manager no sorry nothing ,waited more than 30 mins,the pizza was burnt and overcooked.I don’t know how this place is still open.AVOID

Birthday meal spoilt by cold pizza. We have had your pizza’s many times before and enjoyed them but this time they were stone cold and totally spoilt. Very disappointed.

Gave normal cheese on vegan pizza. Seems to happen to a few people, probably someone thinking they’re funny. Also it’s always late and cold, do yourself a favour and get a dominoes instead of you want a pizza

First time for a PJ pizza 🍕 we had a medium between 2 of us and struggled to finish it

If I could rate less than 1 I would. Ordered 3 times, they've got it wrong 3 times. Always gone in the bin. I hate deep pan and stuffed crust, plus they don't put on extras I've paid for. No apologies ever. The last order, they put on extras that I don't like, missing what I paid for. Waste of time

AVOID. If you'd like to pay for an imaginary meal, and be left stressed with a side of upset, these are the guys for you! They may occasionally apologise or compensate, but have no doubt that the big disappointment special is a staple!!I have had multiple shocking experience in the past, ranging from 4hr delays, missed orders, poor quality food, disrespectful service, to total no shows. Despite second chances - there have been no consistent improvements. The most recent event, was the final straw. I will never return to this appalling establishment.Should you encounter a need to call the restaurant, expect to be told several stories of what's happened one after the other, first there was no order, then there was and it has already been sent out/delivered, settling on the driver must have got lost, and in this final case - there is no delivery available to resolve this anyway. You'll then get left on hold for too long while they chat, argue and shout amongst themselves...its clear the staff are used to being left confused, 3hrs have passed and no food will be arriving. You're fobbed off, spoken over, without compensation. It has become clear that if you make your order through any app, it'll be used as an excuse for the store not to care and pass blame. I have experienced dissapointments on both direct orders and app orders - they almost certainly had received your order in a timely manner, yet failed to act on it.They'll also state that a refund must be requested though the app - bear in mind that will have its own delays and challenges.For any non drivers, as in this recent sinario, they may only offer to assist you with a potential replacement the same night if you somehow come to them (not disclosed elsewhere), showing a lack of understanding and care against independent dwellers, as well as defeating the object and reason to ordering a take out delivery. At this point, patience aside, you're not eating any pizza tonight.Beyond that Inconvenience, there's that utterly terrible service, capable of turning the most calm, patient and hungry person absolutely furious and the non reviewer rushing to leave others a warning of their experiences.I was specifically told that if I left an honest / poor review they would not replace the order (a replacement order wasn't possible in this case anyway as they couldn't deliver that night), this adds to a doubt of how reliable the average rating really is, how much is bribed to cover repeated failures? Even if they offer to compensate you, would you really risk going through this drama again and again? The stress and ruined evening? AVOID. AVOID.

Don't know why you can't get garlic breadsticks from this store anymore. I don't want five types of tater-tots... no-one does. Stop pushing them! They even gave us bloody tater-tots instead of our jalapeño poppers last time.

Little mix up with vegan cheese but staff checked and new pizza made. 2 star as too much cheese on, vegan cheese is not as nice as normal cheese so best to pop on less and load up on more of the veg.

I've been here twice for collection and both times it has taken a ridiculously long time but the last time was the absolute worst. Staff were standing around chatting, one guy was doing the work and the rest didn't seem to have a clue what was going on. One staff member (seemed to be the manager) stood at the open kitchen door talking to his friend, showing him his phone and swearing (pictured) while food needed making and customers were waiting. Took four attempts to order an extra that didn't started to be made for another 15 minutes. Ended up stood in the shop for a good 30+ minutes while they slowly finished out order. Got home and had paid £5.99 for about 7 pieces of chicken and 11 chips (pictured). Possibly the worst pizza takeout service ever.
