Starbucks in South Ribble

Not bad coffee (I'm a tea drinker). First time been here found service slow. 4 staff behind counter, 2 seemed to be preparing a drive through.Took other staff over 5 minutes to acknowledge us and then served by one of the one's doing drive through.

Impeccable service here. Spent the morning meeting and working and the staff were brilliant.

Stopped for tap water after 7km walk and they asked if I wouldn't like ice and to totally crack that they said someone had rung up a latte but didn't pick it up so would I like that too? What a great team on the afternoon shift of June 15th xx

coffee was nice. had a toastie but i didnt like it but thats just methink its over priced for what it is

The service is brilliant at the drive thru - Harold is an absolute legend! Always cheerful, apologetic if there is ever a wait, and he goes the extra mile with service - suggesting new things to try, without being pushy. And he’s always right! Thank you!

Run for the convenience of staff, the restraunt was untidy and neglected. The coffee was poor and cinnamon swirls past their prime. A very disappointing experience - for the second time.

Absolutely amazing job from the team at Starbucks this morning (9:30). Clearly very busy, but that didn't stop them from delivering a fantastic service with a smile. Thank you all.

Good coffee, good service however some tables could be cleaned more often.Overall a good place to visit for a brew and a chat.

Just visited this store, staff very pleasant and attentive. I was served by an Asian lady (sorry I couldn’t read badge as I was abit too far) who was so pleasant, I’d say she was around early 20’s great member of staff who could engage with customers whilst doing tasks to assist with them, there was another lady who was serving someone through her headset for drive through - I didn’t directly speak to her but her manner with the customer seemed pleasant also.
