Subway in South Ribble

Got the order wrong £32 on 4 salads and definitely not the standard or the service. Phone to ask them to redo said it was an Uber problem - they arnt the ones to make the order they just deliver it now stuck with an order that’s wrong and very unsatisfactory customer service

Worst Subway I've ever had. Shop looked grubby, guy behind the counter had long hair not tied back or in a hair net, never offered to change gloves to make a veggie delight (they usually offer at every Subway I've ever been to) and the bread was like uncooked dough. Will stick to the Subway in Leyland in future.

Spent over £20. Very disappointed with content of sandwiches only one piece of lettuce. 3pieces of meat hardly any filling on both sandwiches. More bread than fillingsWon't be using again

As i only work around the corner I have used this Subway many times. Fast friendly service. Spot on everytime. Great work team.

It was nice but this place was full of cross and taminatoin beacuse I have a milk allergy and they taosted it with my sisters sandwich 🥪witch was full of cheese 🧀and I can not eat cheese if I do I will be seriously ill so ye but other than that it is quite nice .

Usually a great place to eat in and staff friendly. Tonight however it was far to hot, the air conditioning wasn't working and the poor lad was on his own and looked like he was about to collapse in the heat. I have complained to subway for what good it will do. The owner has 21 stores and can't even sort out the air conditioning if it was me working in there I would have shut up shop hours ago.

It was just ok... had to watch the fly flying around on the counter side to make sure it didnt land on the subs.... which it did, and the fella had to make a fresh one but just puts you off eating anything after that...

Spent over £20 everything was wrong except the crisp. They sent the wrong cookie, missing steak and cheese bite, sent wrong drinks, payed for extra cheese on both subs, didnt get any, asked for them to be toasted. They wasnt, they was soggy and fell apart. Rang up and they asked if i could walk down for my steak and cheese bite because they couldnt get to me. Explained im self isolating thats why i got a 'delivery' and they said they would sort it tomorrow.... only thing we ate was the crisp all the rest was minging

Just Eat order items missing and incorrect. Just refused to refund delivery charge on inedible meal. Store Manger showed little interest in helping to resolve. I was penalised by having to pay delivery charge on an inedible meal although the fault was with the store.

So Called in on my way to work this morning. the young Gentleman in the store is an absolute credit. my order was a salad bowl but i don't know what i want. He said any thing you don't like i said egg but surprise me. he did just that. A legendary salad was constructed that took me 20 mins to eat. Great staff good honest food at a great price.
