me, my fiancé and youngest son came here for a carvery. safe to say i was not disappointed! i got the full works and didn’t leave anything left! my fiancé got the traditional and loved it! little’en had mac and cheese with mash and was lovely and tasty! the server Evie was lovely and full of smiles!

Food was good as always however other than the greeter the staff were obviously stressed on this particular sunday. The server for the meat was so short tempered you can see that weekend staff were treading on egg shells. I understand the need for takeaway however the priority should be the people in the restaurant, however long that may take. It was great that you found us a table but at what cost. Perhaps communication to say there will be wait or even do time slots so staff can get breathers and take away could be arranged without the pressure of impatient public.

Went for a Carvery with a friend. The food and service was excellent, even though it was a busy Saturday lunch time. Would recommend booking.

Came with mum for a late Mother’s Day meal. Great food and service. Katie was amazing as always. Top marks for chefs desserts went down well. Jack, on bar, brilliant with my son made his day serving him.

We had the carvery. Great selection and all quality food. Our hostess was Laura who was so welcoming with a beautiful smile. Thank you. Can't wait to come back to try the pizza

As always excellent service from Katie, she always greets us with a cheery smile and remembers what we like. The Farmers Arms should value this young lady as a great asset to the Company. There is always a nice atmosphere at this pub. The food is always consistent and good.Great value for money

Not quite as good as it was the time befores visit but overall you can't beat this place for a good but reasonably priced lunch. . Beef and horseradish wrap with salad and chips and a large drink for about ÂŁ6.50. Excellent service and value.

I visited with my dad and my toddler for the Carvery. The staff were really friendly and great with my toddler. The food was lovely, and really reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend their Carvery and will be visiting again.

It was the first time me and my family went to this pub and we will definitely be returning. We waited a while for our food due to being busy, and when it arrived our order was wrong but the staff couldn't be more helpful luckily my son didn't mind what they had brought so he ate it. We got a free round of drinks and the manager came over and apologised and she gave us a refund for the wrong item. Its things like that that make you want to return again. The manager has obviously trained her staff well they were lovely !
