The Rams Head in South Ribble

Son and daughter in law brought us here for food - absolutely amazing meals, generous portion size and really nice staff. If only we lived closer we would be in there every week. It's not often I go to a place and look at the menu and think there is a good half a dozen items I could really go for. Will definitely return next time we visit.

Excellent food, service and value for money. We enjoyed the rustic pate, chilli and garlic prawns, beef stroganoff and chicken fajitas. All freshly cooked and beautifully presented. Will definitely go again

Had a very nice teatime buffet after a funeral. Very nicely served up, nice home made soup with sandwiches and steak cut chips. ( at a reasonable cost!) Nice helpful staff who looked after us and coped very well with the forty plus guests. Good selection of cask ales, and 0% alcohol lager available! Recommend highly!

Had a great carvery here on a Sunday with family. It's a great price for an all you can eat buffet with added extras. The sticky toffee pudding was also amazing! Would recommend a visit.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Huge menu, very reasonable prices and grand portion sizes. Never had a bad experience here. Always love a visit to the Rams Head - such a treat!

Great food. Reasonable prices. Only let down by chips too large and some were hard. The carvery is the best for miles around.
