The Yew Tree in South Ribble

Had a lite bite meal, still a good portion size. Had a dessert was good except the custard warm not hot. Good value for money; service excellent staff very friendly & courteous. Clean tidy & great atmosphere.

The food here is good at a decent price, tho the steak was the tiniest over done for my taste it was still decent to eat, with great puddings and a warm friendly atmosphere, Edited this review due to going back and as promised the steak was cooked perfectly, thank you, also the lovely young lady with the light blonde hair and tattoos was amazing, Great staff, will be going back again and again!

Just a very good local pub with great staff...also it's got a very good menu... looking forward to a few more beers here at the weekend...Thanks all staff Mark

Fabulous meals for our family of 12 last night First get together since covid started ,food was fantastic nice friendly staff highly recommended

Always have a lovely meal here. Love the seating layout. So much choice on menus. Never disappointed well worth a visit. As well as your usual pub grub they always have some tempting unusual dishes

Popped in after the cinema for a meal one Sunday, hadn't eaten here before and it was lovely! Seated right away although busy and food looked delicious, menu had a great selection which made it hard to chose a meal bit we all enjoyed ehat we ordered and will be back to try other meals.

Great service, really nice food, warm baguettes were delicious, salt and pepper chicken was amazing and sweet potato fries were up there with the best i've had. We will definitely be going back here again before the cinema.

Went in for a sunday lunch. I got chicken and it came all the vegetables were stone cold the meat was cold and came with 1 roast potato. I questioned this with the waitress and the chef forgot to put potatoes on. But they wouldn't of sent anymore out unless i said something.The wife went for chicken tikka in which was stone cold again the rice was all stuck together and the chips were stone cold.Safe to say i won't be returning!

Excellent service by very friendly staff, the food was great, the pizza cooked to perfection with a thin crust and all our added extras. They do a lovely pint too, a great way to end a Monday.

Tried the fantastic new cocktails at the Yew Tree absolutely delicious and you cant fault the staff all lovely, lovely people. Thanks for yet another great evening after a long hard week at work 😊
