Wonderland in South Ribble

My colleague and I visited here from Scotland on a business trip. The food was excellent and we were made to feel at home by the wee woman who chatted away to us. All the best x

Never again food was cold and to sort it they walked off with no explanation had to call them back to aprt it all they did was microwave it for 30 seconds avoid

First time we visited. Food was delicious, quick service at a good price. Will definitely be back again

Always had a good meal. Last night celebrated my son’s 18th Birthday at Wonderland there was 15 in the party. Food was amazing service excellent and price fantastic. Thank you Wonderland.

Absolutely awful.spent 55quid, our food arrived cold, the munchie box was pathetic ( we had one in the past and it was awesome) the ribs in the munchie box were horrible tasting, and the crispy beef dish we got was also horrible. So after heating everyrging up in the microwave the only food that was edible was the rice and noodles. I rang to complain and was told the driver was sat outside ten mins/ they are all running late tonight/ we don't normally cover your area (!!) / sometimes they overcook the beefThe only reccompense I was offered was 10% off the next order. I asked them to resend some dishes and they said they didn't really want to give the 10% so there was no chance.Won't be ordering againI didn't want to put this review, and wouldn't if they had at least sent out a couple of decent dishes after I had complained.

Ordered a takeaway from Wonderland on Saturday via Foodhub - I am new to the area and new to Wonderland. The wait time was 60 minutes however the food had not turned up after 1 hour and 20 minutes. I chased up the order and was advised it was on the way and would be with me within 10/15 minutes. Another 30 minutes the food had not arrived. Again I chased up and was advised I would get a call back.....nobody ever returned my call or answered the telephone despite multiple attempts. The food finally turned up after 2 hours of placing the order - and as you can imagine it was freezing cold. The chips were stone cold as well as the curry sauce. Needless to say for our first experience it was absolutely shocking and I will not be returning.

Used to be the best Chinese Restaurant in the area but our most recent visit was dreadful. Poor and slow service with very disappointing food and no concerns shown when we complained. I think it may have changed ownership and we won't be going back until it changes again.

Disgusted is an understatement.We get takeaways from here often, the food is usually hot and delivered earlier than the predicted time. However for the second time now, the food was really late. To top this off, this evening, our food arrived cold and tasteless, the chips were soggy and had clearly been warmed up. The seaweed was soggy and just tasted like pure salt, the duck was just all fat. Hence we threw all the food in the bin due to it being inedible. I rang to complain, the lady who answered was rude and unapologetic, trying to put the blame on us for accepting the food. The way she spoke to me was disgusting and she had no care in the world for what I was saying about our experience, she then hung the phone up on me, no offer of refund, £20 wasted on rubbish. I will be taking this further and never getting food from Wonderland again. Well done wonderland you have just lost another loyal customer.
