Yu's Garden in South Ribble

DO NOT ORDER FROM YU’s Garden in Bamber Bridge, Found a piece of metal in my food (Shown in picture) went down to complain and got a load of abuse from a guy behind the counter and made out it was my fault then told me never to go back again and blocked me from the app, and the manager wouldn’t even come out from the kitchen

Not good it used to be but thought we'd give it another go. Over an hour wait the order was wrong the food was cold over priced

If I could award 0 stars I would. H&s soup like wallpaper paste. Curry full of oil across the top. Chicken wings undercooked. Never again

Ordered from here and I was really looking forward to it. The delivery time was ace but the rest of it was utter garbage and im not one to be unhappy with a Chinese :/ . The curry was watery and tasteless. The final nail in the coffin were the ribs, tasteless and as tough as old leather. Overall i wouldn't recommend sadly to say :(

Terrible.Inedible rubbish.Soggy chips, practically uncooked, had to cook them at home.Chicken fried rice horrible, did not state dry yet it was and didn't even taste good.Prawn crackers stale.Charged 30p for 3 carrier bags which is bad enough but then there was only 1 carrier bag anyway. Hardly like we are going to re use them but still its the principle, pure cheek paying for something you're not getting anyway.Extremely expensive food that isn't worth it.Charged £2.50 to deliver it when it's just around the corner (0.5 miles away). Feel robbed, £2.80 for delivery and carrier bags.Pure greed.Rushed and poor quality.Never again.

Disappointed that they are cash only. . Food was good except for the chips and curry sauce. I think you need to change the oil as that is all the chips tasted of and the curry sauce wasn't up to your usual standard. Sorry

Absolutely disgusting first time ordered and will never order again. Chips tasted like they had been rewarmed up. Salt and pepper chicken wings over cooked and bland. Special green pepper in black bean sauce Absolutely foul. Sauce tasted like grave. Chicken tasted like rubber. There was no effect in this meal. This to be one of the worst Chinese I've ever been to. Said £15.60 on phone when drive came it had gone up a pound. Don't waste your money and get food from this disgusting place.

Not been here for a while so tried it again last night . Ordered ‘Fried’ chicken and Cashew nuts for my wife and the King Prawn version of the same by phone for collection 20 mins later.Their website suggests that card payments are possible but it was CASH ONLY. - Suspect?On returning home 23 minutes after ordering, we were quite ready for this.Serving it out, we were disappointed to find lots of thin, watery gravy rather than “Sauce”. I don’t think any of it was prepared by frying. It seemed that the Chicken especially which was pale, soggy had been lengthily steamed rather than wok fried. It was discarded to the bin. My King Prawns were more edible but similar in that they were drowned in the very thin sauce.Return is unlikely. Dave W.

Ordered salt pepper munchie box ,meat was fatty, chips tasted rewarmed I bit into my chicken it was raw telephoned to let them know owner came out checked and agreed it wasnt cooked I was very disappointed he offered to make another but I dont want more food that I'm not happy with offered 10 refund will not reccomend and not order again

Just had our delivery and the meals had not been made correctly. Ingredients mixed incorrectly in able to make a basic sauce correctly and using gone off produce such as the baby sweet corn was found tasting and made my kids Vomet. I have reported to the food authorities at south ribble as no apologies or care were given by the manager.The lovely young lady on the phone was so nice bless her but she was clearly just being given bad information.This place has been in slow decline over the last few months and we’ve come to the decision after being loyal customers for over five years to change our regular. Really disappointed by the actions of management to loyal customers.
