Balti Masala in St. Helens

Visited for the first time. I had the monster kebab box. Lots of food for £12 so most definitely good value for money. Food did also taste great too, was ready for me to collect within 30 minutes.

Really special. The nicest I’ve had in St Helens. Best sauces and taste. And chicken in so fresh.

Ordered a chicken tikka kebab and chicken tikka madras with vegetable pilau rice. Chicken in madras was plain and not tikka, kebab was average at best and delivery took 20mins over hour delivery time (£1 delivery charge paid despite being walking distance from the business) - will not be returning unfortunately.

Ordered 3 hours ago and still waiting.. no communication.. been trying to call since 8pm and No answer. Absolutely appalling service! Would comment on the food but not even arrived so can’t say!🤷🏼‍♀️

New curry house and one of the best meals I have had if not the best in st Helen’s really recommend this place will be ordering again soon!

Waited 3 hours with no communication on order, this not arrived and no one picking up phone, if it’s going to be late communicate and if it’s over 3 hours offer to cancel it!

It’s a new curry house but certainly the best curry house in St. Helens and the chief apparently won the best chief award in Tameside..
