Very poor ingredients loaded fries for £9 cheese hardly melted . Truffle and Parmesan fries three slivers of Parmesan . Garlic bread burnt and burger bun burnt £80 down the drain

Ordered for a family get together. The food arrived quickly and was really nice. One item was missing, when I phoned I was told it was 100% in there. I get some people do try to take advantage but they shouldn't make a regular customer feel like a liar. They did deliver the missing item after I insisted it was missing. I don't think I'll order from here again.

It's now 2 hours since I ordered. It is always late to be delivered but I have come to expect that now. The issue being that I have had the text to say it has been sent (this text only ever comes after I have eaten it) this likely means that my food isn't coming. The restaurant is shut now.Needless to say I won't be buying from here ever again. I recommend you all avoid ordering from here unless you enjoy going without food.

What a find! Probably one of the best burgers I've had in the last 5 years. Staff is super nice and friendly, the place is nice, clean and inviting. If you like burgers, it's a no brainer.

As other people have mentioned, the wait time for delivery is a disgrace, nearly 3 hours; even though online it states 1 and a half hours. To add insult to injury, they charge you 2.50 for delivery and the food is overpriced. The only reason I gave 2 stars was due to my son liking the food. I had ring up twice to chase the order, was told 20 minutes, but 45 minutes later it arrived.

We used to order from here but the waiting times for delivery were always ridiculous. Anyway we thought we would give it another ago and after 3 hours we hadnt received are food. I rang the place twice 1st time they said the food would be with us in 10 mins, 50 mins later still hadnt come and we had a text from just eat saying are order had been delivered. I rang the place again waited 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone the gent I spoke to was very apologetic and they remade are food but we went and picked it up rather then wait again for delivery. When my husband picked the food up again they were very apologetic and gave us a couple of free milkshakes. It's a shame because once we got the food it was absolutely delicious. But definitely wont order for delivery from here ever again. But would eat in.

Amazing food but dreadful customer service. Every time we have ordered there has been some form of a mix up. Last time, one of the items was missing and we are still waiting for a refund some 6 weeks later. Will not be ordering again.

Great food, poor service, over an hour to be given food, wrong ingredients on burger, tried to shift the blame when asked about the mistake.

Ordered online and receive a message saying your food is ready for collection. Drove down there and waited 5 mins to be served and then be told they are just starting your order and will be another 10 minutes and ended up waiting 25 minutes got the food home to find the order was short. Called to say the order was short and was told if we go back they would sort the rest of the order out. As we had waited so long and the food was almost cold we asked for a refund and was told it would be 7 to 10 days to get one .This has happened three times now . Its a real shame because the food is great but service is a real let down. I feel really sorry for the staff as they are obviously way to busy and can't supply the service of a fast food restaurant. This is the last time I will using Btothers St Helens.
