Burger King in St. Helens

Having recently moved to St Helens my husband decided we had to try out this local Burger King, when we got there the drive through was empty 😊, we ordered a double melt each 🍔🍔, took a few mins to order and pay, we had to then wait in the allocated bays for our food, I found this a bit strange as it wasn't an off menu order, also when we looked in the restaurant only one couple sitting eating and nobody in the queue for food. Soooo after a million games of 'eye spy' (bit of an exaggeration) to pass the time, the much awaited food arrived, by this time hubby was starving and grumpy. I have to be honest and say it was hot, tasty and plentiful, was it worth the wait I hear you ask??? ...... Yes I would say so, but it's not in the category of "fast food"...

I've ordered 5 times recently, none of the times I ordered here they put the sauce dips I PAID for. Initially didn't care too much, but being this a normal thing on them made me take the decission of not ordering here again. Avoid.

Always slow service, not sure what it is but everytime I go the drive thru here I get told to park up after ordering, even if it's something as simple as a Double Whopper meal. There's literally never any customers inside waiting or Just Eat drivers picking up so not sure what the problem is. There's even a delay asking customers what they want at the drive thru. Honestly don't get it, baffled.

I don't mind waiting for my food, as it's cooked fresh when I place my order.I received drinks and told to park up. 1 drink was carbonated water, so I went inside the restaurant to be resolved. Our food was brought out to us, we checked our order was correct before driving home. The 3 large fries = piping hot 👍 Double whopper and 2 chicken royale's. We returned home, served up our meals. My double whopper was seriously lacking lettuce and was served with a miniature slice of tomato and a slice of gherkin. Have you run out of fresh salad ?

Very unheignic, no hand gel or wipes available. Sticky floors. Dirty tables. Definitely won't be going back

We always go for the drive through, and we just visit this place when we fancy a nice halloumi burger.Staff are incredibly helpful, and always so friendly and polite! Not to mention how delicious the food is, in particular the fries that are always warm, crunchy with a soft heart and salted to perfection.

Empty restaurant but still took 20 mins to receive food without an apology for the delay. Staff looked like they didn't want to be here. Food was only warm when received. Fries were luke warm and slightly hard. Drinks machine hardly had any flavours. Used to prefer this place to McDonald's but no more

Busy but fast and friendly service. Having to compete with all the delivery orders means the wait is longer than you'd like but not a huge problem if you're not in a rush.

Really fast service. Excellent quality burgers
