Cafe Morrison in St. Helens

Disgusting. The chicken is like rubber and the coleslaw was vile. Also lacking basic items that are literally in the store. Can't even cook eggs. Say they have fried eggs but no scrambled. Strange. Microwave central. AVOID!

The place has gone downhill. The food offering is shockingly poor compared to what was previously on offer and the food quality is terrible. Don't recommend. Had you asked me 12 months ago, I'd have raved about this place but now I regret that I even went and spent money it was that bad

Just been in for breakfast waited 20 minutes for a absolutely freezing cold breaky and the bacon was like chewing on a credit card I mean how do you serve cold beans 🤔

Just had an all day brunch each and it was better than the red cat. Mind you a root in the bins is better than that. Absolutely loads on the plate and all very well prepared and presented with plenty of flavour. Friendly staff and well thought out social distancing measures in place. Didn't get a picture of our food unfortunately because we were starving 😂 absolutely full to the brim now though. Definitely be returning. Highly recommended.

Website states open till 4 on Sunday. Arrived just before 3 today 28th March. Ordered via the machine only to be advised as I was working out how to pay by card that - we're closed as we are short staffed. A good sign and switching off the ordering machine might have been helpful.

Really good and nice to see that they are taking the social distancing rules very seriously. I think they are also keen on recording who has been to the restaurant in order to be able to contact customers should there be a Covid 19 problem.

Last time I was in there, the food was very good and at a very cheap price. Not been in there of late, they are open and look to have a very good safety set up re Covid. They look to be on the ball. Recommend.

Staff are usually helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the last few times we've been, the food that needs to be ordered hasn't been nice, either under or over cooked. The choice isn't as good as it used to be, can no longer order all day breakfasts which was one of the better things on the menu.
