I know the staff have been the brunt of most of the negative reviews, and this is the case yet again. The young girl was just plain rude and had the personality of an Ameoba.I knew going for the eggs benedict was taking a risk, and it turned out to be a risk which didn't pay off. The staff need to either be shown how to make hollandaise sauce properly, or tesco need to supply it.Not good at all.

Great food lovely and hot and freshly cooked and lovely staff. But will say it's sometimes understaffed and the ones that are there are running past themselves to cope. Was served by Jeanette this morning and she was lovely as always. It's obviously very popular so I would say need more staff
