Caffe Nero in St. Helens

Had a tea !!! They don't know how to make Tea. Lucky my mate paid. Sorry.

Love the coffee here. Best in town in my opinion.

Excellent coffee, cozy place. The cleanliness could be improved, but still a nice place for a coffee.

Only went in to pick a Uber order up an asked were it was to be spoke to in a horrible way just because the women with the short hair couldn’t handle the que that was waiting to get served. Here’s an idea don’t accept orders on a Uber a system if you cart even keep up with the customers you have in the shop or employ more staff 1 person on at the till

Firstly I would like to say how friendly and efficient the staff are, the drinks taste lovely however I have to say that apart from guide dogs they shouldn't be allowed,it's just not very hygienic we're food and beverages are being prepared

Great place plenty of room friendly staff Great service clean value for money

It's ĺong been my favourite coffee shop in St Helens. Downstairs, you can watch the world go by. Upstairs, you can find a little peace.

Pleasant staff, nice coffee.

Always busy , but staff friendly and efficient . Coffee is fab ! Sandwiches need more filling in them , compared to starbucks the filling is dire , but thats a Nero problem , not local to the staff .

Popped in rather than going to the same old costa and I had forgotten how enjoyable Caffe Nero was. It was clean, the staff were friendly and we were served quite quickly. Its a worth popping into those shops you dont always think going into, you may just be surprised!
