Carlos Pizza in St. Helens

Once upon a time we used to dine her on s regular basis with our kids as they were growing up. Fast forward 20 years and we went again with our grandson. Pizza itself want too bad but the salad bar and size of the bowls have gotten a lot smaller and selection seems less, there were no labels on any of the sauces. Ice cream machine was broken but he enjoyed the chocolate brownie. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience and would go back. .

Not been to pizza hut for a very very long time. Decided to take the kids for a treat.Car park is decent as it shares with the cinema next door. You have to put your reg into a tablet when you enter so you don't get charged though so keep that in mind. As a whole, it wasn't too bad, but could be better. We waited ages for our cups to come so we could get our drinks, but in the end, we had to go and ask for them. The drinks area was full of crushed ice on the floor so very slippery. Toilets were clean. Food was OK but I've had nicer pizzas but the kids meals were actually quite good so the kids were happy. 1 big fault, Prices, they were quite expensive. I would go back but wouldn't do it often because of the price.

Me and my husband went pizza hut for a bit of lunch spent 12.99 each for the unlimited pizza, pasta, salad bar, soda and ice cream. Its not somewhere I would normally go but the food was good it was hot and fresh. They put a couple of fresh pizzas out while we were there. Overall a nice meal out.

Came here for our son's birthday meal, the restaurant was spotless and looked very appealing on entry. The servers were polite, humourous and very attentive. The food and deserts were out of this world, I get a chef can do so much with a set menu, but when a chef make that menu pop through skill, it's a pleasure eating their food. Will definitely be back to this branch as it was a perfect experience.

Lovely little dinner with kids. The staff was friendly and helpful, food sent out on time. Nothing bad to say about this place :)

Dirty, unhygienic and staff that couldn't give two toots😠We took our child for their birthday as this is what was asked for (especially when we had such a great experience at warrington recently), our child was very disappointed and upset and even commented on how mucky and dirty it was. The food was also ghastly and lacked even an ounce of flavour or seasoning.Extremely disappointed and had a very upset child for there birthday!

We Had a such a lovely time here,the staff are really kind and helpful.You have to order and pay all online.The waiting time was average for place like this,around 30mins which is reasonable.We had a sharer pizza for 2 ,botomless drinks all for the kids + the desserts and couldn't manage to spend more than 50£ ! All was delicious,fresh and nice. I WOULD RECOMMEND !

Love pizza hut pizzas and staff always very good but don't like the new system of ordering and cashless payments. OK for the young techno people I suppose but nothing replaces friendly proper waitor/waitress service. Keep people in jobs!

I have been coming to this pizza hut for years as its not always as busy and the staff are friendly I have never had a issue I have had the buffet and its amazing I would recommend it all the time yes the price of the menu is a little pricy but your paying for the quality and service which is worth every penny

Absolutely amazing experience! The welcome into the restaurant was so inviting, the staff were extremely kind and helpful, we ordered through the app which was easy and straightforward. It was nice to be able to go up to drinks dispense and salad bar again now that restrictions have gone down again but everything was still to the highest cleaning standards. And of course the food was amazing, lovely cooked pizzas and delicious desserts. You're staff are tribute to your restaurant they made the overall experience awesome!
