Costa Coffee in St. Helens

One very rude staff member spoke to me on two occasions like I was a naughty child for sitting in the wrong place. No signs to say don’t sit there. He seems to have a problem with the general public.

Very good and well staffed costa,clean and good service provided.

Tables need cleaning after customers and had to ask for hand gel. Food drink fine as always. Staff friendly enough.

Coffee for myself and baby hot chocolate for my daughter. Staff where friendly and chatty, helped with my order, and catered to our multiple allergies well

The server, a blonde lady was lovely nothing to much trouble for her x She knew all the regular visitors and checked that they were OK x She is a star in the team xxx Well done costa keep staff like this xxx

Small Costa shop no room for wheelchairs, no parking outside. Lovely friendly helpful staff, very clean and makes a cracking cup of coffee. Good selection of cakes and pastries, hot and cold drinks.Toilets in store.

Popped in for a coffee, new staff since I was last here. Very friendly and I must say service was quick.The young guy who was clearing tables was very efficient as soon as someone left he cleaned up the dirty dishes.Will definitely call in again when I'm in town.

St Helens really is a town of community spirited people and this reflects in store with the staff members. They are always having a bit of banter with you and each other, yet maintaining a comfortable feel to your stay for a drink instore (covid allowing of course). I've been before and during the pandemic and I can't rate the service and quality of coffee high enough. 😀

Decent little coffee shop. Sells loads of different fancy coffees but I'm a black coffee no sugar type of gal, so they're all lost on me! Cosy seating area inside and the place is always busy. Staff are nice and very competent - I've never been given the wrong order. Outside seating area is a bit exposed and not very nice but it's nice to have the option, I suppose. Nice place for a coffee, cake and a catch up.
