D&J Chinese Takeaway in St. Helens

Chicken and sweetcorn soup was thick and gooey like something my cat ate and threw up. Sent flavourless chicken curry even tho order was salt and pepper chicken, 3 random soups that weren’t even the slightest appetising. Yeah sorry wouldnt reccomend

I bloody love this place for vegetarian options the salt & pepper tofu is incredible and my fella rates the salt & pepper chicken. We always order from here on just eat always delivered super quick as well.

Help. Still no food, 2½ hours after placing order and 3 phone calls. No options for refund. How do I get my hard earned money back????? HelpAnyone with advice please contact me

Ordered food at 7pm after several phone calls and 2 hours later still no food despite being told by the girl it was with the driver when asked to re make the food and I will pick up even offering to pay again I drove down and the girl serving was stood outside smoking she looked like she belonged on jeramy Kyle under the title who’s my baby daddy pick from 10 and refused to make the food again upon getting back home my husband was on the phone to supposedly the manager that wasn’t in today who was also useless then received another call from a family member making threats so not only did the order not happen they still have my money and the girl behind the counter has given personal details out to people who don’t work there so legal action will be taken against this poorly run establishment AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE YOU WOULD AVOID COVID POOR MANAGEMENT IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT

Absolutely awful, we got Thai fishcakes, they tasted rubbery and no taste at all. The chips had been fried about 6 times and they were freezing. We will never visit this establishment again

Normally decent food from this place but my mum ended up ill with food poisoning for 4 days after she ate the chicken and mushroom dish. The rest of the food wasn't bad but I'd definitely give CnM a miss 👀👀

Food was ordered through the food hub app, it didn't disappoint, all the food was piping hot and delivered earlier than expected, really enjoyed and will definitely use again, highly recommend.

I have enjoyed all the food I have ordered from here, they have gone out of their way a lot of times to make things the way I like them. I asked for my meal to be extra extra spicy and before packing it they took the time to bring me the meal to taste at the counter to check if I wanted even more spice, that is going above and beyond in my book. The girl behind the counter took a good long time to tell me what meals would fit with what I was looking for and gave me ideas of things to try the next time, this is great customer service

Great food good taste. Delivery is also fast however it is not the place to go in for a bag of chips as the wait is very long as they don't have a front counter and they are made to order in the back.
