Diego's Fried Chicken in St. Helens

Just recieved our order and is above expected. Sorry to the driver as it seems they have removed the ability to tip via the app. If I'd have known I'd have rooted round for some cash, I thought helooked confused when I send I'll send the tip through the app... Good is good like usual! Would recommend

Terrible service, rip off, never delivered to customers and cant get refunds ,Will be making a complaint to investigate this scam

Loved it, couldn't get enough of the camel toes. The horse meat kebab is a bit chewy 😔

Had pizzas and chips from here a few times last couple weeks , really nice food, fast delivery and really happy staff excellent customer service.

Excellent food and service. But the prices charged do not match the price list on the wall. I have been overcharged twice.

Really unhappy, didnt receive a free garlic bread because I got a kebab offer even tho I spent £22. Also my son's drink was missing from his meal and there dad found a hair in his kebab, I have a picture as proof, also took over an hour for food to arrive. Won't be going here again.

Diegos was my regular kebab shop and ordered regularly. However i will not be using them again. A number of times the delivery is always late but food is always hot when it arrives.Not tonight the food was just warm and the order took an hour and 20 minutes i paid cash. Around 20 mins after delivery i then received a phone call to say that i had paid with a fake 20.00 note. I tried to explain inpaid with a 10.00 note and a pound coin not a twenty but the person on the phone would not listen and shouting over me stating i had given a fake 20.00 note. He then said hold on a second and then came back and said that the driver had got it wrong and it was a different address. I was nit happy with this after being accused of something i had not done and then explained i would not be using them again. 5 minutes later the delivery driver then call and apologised it was his error which is fair enough but i will not be shouted at on the phone and being accused of something i had not done. Diegos has really gone down hill wont be using again. Poor customer service.

Order took over 3 hours last night, constantly tried to ring but no answer to cancel the order, requested refund through just eat however they have declined refund even though our food never came. 100% wouldn't recommend to anyone. Mc Tuckys is the place to go, they delivered in 40 mins

The first time I ordered from here it was amazing, the second time I ordered it was completely the opposite. I had the full house kebab the first time I ordered and it was really good, loved it. Unfortunately I ordered it again the second time and it was gross, all of the meat was dry, clearly been made the day before, it had about 2 pieces of chicken in it at best and the lamb was a joke. The rest was 2 day old at best donner meat, garlic pizza bread was burned and if it wasn’t for the whole kebab sitting on top of it was so dry you wouldn’t have been able to sell it on its own. This place clearly wants to make a good first impression so you order again but after that they don’t care. Won’t be ordering again, really disappointed...
