Been eating domino pizza for a long time and I can say that one was the worst that I got in years eating domino pizza. Dry, overcooked.

·

Always have my oven hot so i can throw the wedges in when they arrive..always freezing.. also get extra cheese to pizza, so they actually put cheese on 😅 still nice tho

No faults with this place, always quick, delivered hot and fresh. The Frank's Hot wings are my favourite along with the Cheeseburger pizza. The garlic and herb dip is scrumptious. Sell it in bottles please!. EDIT: Updating review with a downgrade as they are now, like most big food outlets, reducing the quality of their product. The wings used to come covered in sauce like they should but now they consistently only put the tiniest amount on, defeating the object of them being FRANK'S hot sauce wings. Might as well order the plain ones

Food good once arrive, after app said had already delivered, delivery driver late but polite store assistant at store arrogant poor and very rude (Sophie) after I called for update on app, must admit I normal loose it back but on this occasion held it, but think you need to train your staff in customer service

Waited an hour half for delivery. Arrived cold and like rubber. Most of it went in the bin. Offered a refund that never arrived.

·

Good food but price to much for me. There is a deal always on offer but difficult to navigate

·

Horrible, I order a pizza, didn't arrive never, I am waiting for refund! I try to call the shop, a guy was answer, and talk with me very rude saying the address was incorrect even if I order millions times before!! He close the phone and leave me with no pizza and money taken. I am very disappointed

Absolutely shocking!!!!!!! The staff are stood around having arguments about last night being out. I waited over 30mins for 1 simple Pepperoni pizza. They were not even busy. I stood in the front counter the whole time, trying to ask how long, and was just ignored. I would have taken a picture, but did not want the staff’s face all over the web. Absolutely appalled. Dominos should be embarrassed

We have had many pizzas from the St Helens pizzeria and always enjoyed a fantastic meal. Due to Covid19 if you want Dominos Pizza then you MUST order online. You cannot go along to Duke Street and place an order. I'm not certain if they are delivering as well as collections, they did have a Dominos advert for delivery drivers in their window so perhaps they do, always worth checking. So we tried to order online today, we didn't get a little lost to be honest and the result was I did know if the order had gone through as with the payment. It was all to do with scanning my visa card to pay, the system was a little misleading. So when I arrived to "collect" our food I wasn't surprised the order hadn't gone through. I sat in my car and reordered I did take the advice offered which was to use the Dominos own app rather than any other I did this without any complications, I prepared for a wait.I was surprised when I received an update wheel on where my order was up to....I placed my order at 5.43pm and I received updates to say in the oven etc then at 5:55pm I returned to the counter and my order was waiting for me. Fantastic Service, the team was really helpful and seemed happy to be there and to help.Everywhere was spotless, I observed the team members from my car in their preparation of food and their interaction with each other, Very Impressed.Inline with Covid19, on the door of the outlet your asked to ensure your wearing a "face mask" before you enter, then set up as you enter is a table with hand sanitizer and a clear perspex shield, when your pizza is ready a team member will come from around the "usual" counter and place your food on the table for you to collect. As usual with the St Helens branch, the food was delicious, it remainded really warm and tasted very fresh,Just a little heads up on the ordering site, to order a large garlic bread access the choose your own, select your preferred base, the thin is exceptional thin and crispy, reminded me of eating crackers rather than bread, but I prefer that so all good.If you either don't want a sauce base or change from BBQ to tomato then select the heading tab sauces and you will see if your pizza has a pre selected sauce, to remove or alter just click on the flavour the options are normal sauce, 2nd click extra sauce 3rd click no sauce. Hope that makes sense. You can use that to change your cheese also.So I would fully recommend Domino's, I would even further more recommend St Helens outlet, for the food the service and the people.Thank you St Helens Team.

Our fault but we ordered the wrong crust. By the time we got the confirmation email and noticed, we called and the pizza was already on its way! It must’ve pretty much been thrown into the van. When it arrived it was cold and soggy. Not sure it had time to be warmed before being sent out. Wouldn’t order from them again. A very expensive mistake and far too little time spent making a perfect, hot pizza.
