The foods nice but order accuracy is poor and customer service is just as bad. After many orders your milkshakes either don't arrive or are not what you ordered and items also regularly get missed.Called today to advise about the order from today and was hung up on within 20 seconds.... Very very poor. Please can you improve service as the foods good.

Used to be quite nice food but standards have dropped dramatically and if they missed something in your order tuff luck your not getting it, don't think I will be ordering again

I've been let down today by these men and I'm gutted. Left work and and got settled before the big game food ordered for about 20:00 and it never turned up I couldn't believe it but ENGLAND ARE IN THE FINAL

Food came 30 minutes late, when the food turned up, it was cold and undercooked.Staff was very rude when we asked for our money back, raised their voices and made up lies about previous conversations, absoloutely disgraceful, i will never go with these again.
