Just shocking how many orders we have had wrong this year, don't normally complain but its no joke when you are paying a lot of money, they are expensive for what you get so should be bob on with things. Cant get through to them, left a message and still waiting over 2 hours later. Another evening spoiled so wont be ordering from them any more. reluctantly have to give one star as comment wont post.

Been a regular for 4 years. I've had enough of the inconsistencyRegularly parts of the order missing. Their answer is to send the missing parts an hour laterThey can't refund. They have to email the ownersUsed to love it. But know all I can say is avoid

Food was decent as always but they forgot the chips for two of our 3 meals. Not the end of the world. We rang up to request the missing chips and they said they would send them out…… we’re still waiting for them. Probably best we just get our money back for them instead

I must have eaten chicken wings in over 600 locations across 8 countries in my life, for something so “Simple” to do, i’ve often been left wondering how so few have got anywhere close to being bang on.Calling a restaurant “Just Wings” is a bold statement, a statement of belief in a quality product and a name that this place fully 1000% deserves and has earned.Hands down the best chicken wings i have tried across the UK to date and the best overall package.Price is spot on,Texture of the coating is spot on,Quality of the chicken is spot on,Flavour of the Sauce/coating is spot on,Service is spot on,Menu is explained well and is spot on.Genuinely Outstanding, not a single thing i could fault.

Waited about an hour for delivery which we're more than happy to do when the food is fresh, delicious and piping hot! We had the Jamaican Jerk wings, the Original Buffalo wings and the tater tots... Everything was so tasty!

Food was absolutely amazing as it always is whenever we order! Delivery was really fast and upon ringing was lovely customer service and the delivery driver was friendly too. Another absolutely brilliant lady , Alex is absolutely lovely and so professional. 100% the best place in St. Helens to order from. All of us love it here even down to the kids!

We have ordered from here a few times now and it's been consistent every time! Chicken burgers are fabulous, duck spring rolls have changed but still nice, mozzarella sticks are huge! They forgot our Dips and it takes a while (over an hour) but worth it.

What can I say, ordered for my team yesterday who had deserved a treat after some incredible performance.11 different orders, all arrive on time, hot, fresh and tasted incredible...as usual. The staff called to give me an update on arrival times and also double checked the order as we have a few fussy eaters. Superb service, great value and very much enjoyed! Well done team JW

Ordered from here and the wings were great. I also had the prawns which unfortunately had no flavour. The food came packaged well but took 2 hours 4 minutes to arrive. I was told it would be an hour to an hour & half wait. I ordered two portions of fries but only received and paid for 1 - I was advised that the lady on the phone didn’t hear me order a portion of each flavour of fries. I must say the people on the phone for the 3 times I did call were very polite.

I think now is a good time to leave a what I think is a fair review, I've ordered from this place 3 times now and had Sriracha & Buffalo 911 wings, Buffalo 911 boneless, chicken burger, American fries and garlic fries.I'll start with the wings, not enough meat. They were the smallest wings I've had. The flavour is immense, the sauces are exceptional. 6 wings cost £4.50.Boneless wings, loads more meat. Not huge, great flavour as above. 6 wings for £5.00 though.The chicken burger my friend had, he felt that the burger wasn't cooked enough and it was slimy under the coating, these cost £4 and they're not huge.Now on to the chips, they aren't crispy enough. Quite pale but taste fine, then we got the garlic chips. They're awful, taste and covered in what looks like oregano, again pale in colour but the herbs dry them out. £1.90 but the portion size is very decent for the price. See attached picture.I adore the boneless wings, they're lovely. The restaurant is nice and clean with American themed décor and the staff are friendly.3 stars from me because of the under cooked fries, no garlic, slimy burger (needed more time to cook) and high prices for the portions given.I'll probably go there again because I don't know another place in St Helens that does spicy chicken wings like that with 10 DIFFERENT SAUCES AND 5 DIFFERENT DRY RUBS!!!! Great choice.If they reduced the prices, cooked the burgers and chips for longer and improve the seasoning then they're on to a winner.I attach pictures of the "garlic" chips and a sample of what to expect
