Kaspa's Desserts in St. Helens

Have eaten here previously with no issues, however today, we were made to feel like an inconvenience due to having coeliac’s disease. A member staff even began to read out their allergy book to other colleagues, in an attempt to prove a point that we couldn’t eat there. We had drove out of town to eat there. Staff were very obnoxious and unprofessional. Would 100% not recommend.

Decent bubble slushes,Cost nearly a fiver but better than the usual type, good selection of ice creams.Daughter loves it heer so that's good enough for me.only thing that let's it down is the slow service. Dousnt seem to be enough staff.

The slowest place in the history of waffles. If you are 1, are they all food on a Saturday morning and he should be ready on arrival. 3 hours after arrival for your table. Here to 67 time the minimum wage for an all the week than 45 minutes this is with only one customer in front of us. Absolutely ridiculous rate of service

First visit here, ordered the crepe ( banana/strawberry) which was very chewy and a caramel frape which was very bland and didn't taste like it had any coffee even though I ordered extra coffee, presentation was nice and the fruit was fresh but they gave a dirty napkin with cutlery

Haha so called manager just button me 3 times, when I simple asked could I only have milk chocolate on the waffle (which it comes with anyway) before they even started making it, and said I had to do it through Deliveroo, when we order from here most nights and never had a problem until this so called manager answered the phone today, just lost a loyal customer 🤣

Charlie looked after us today at kaspas. Charlie greeted us with a smile and gave us good advice on what to choose off the menu. The food was delicious and portions very generous. We will definitely be back to enjoy their desserts very soon. Fantastic place.

Nice Plant-Based Ice-cream Sorbets, Standard Cakes, Staff is Friendly! Be prepared to wait up to 20-55 minutes in the busy days though - Friday, Saturday, Sunday!

Came in Friday night with husband and daughter. One member of staff said it will be very memorable experience for us, however we didn’t know it will be so bad. Only three staff were present while one of them was delivering with just eat. They were quite busy with online and take away orders which resulted us sitting and waiting over 40 minutes just to receive ONE waffle from the order. in sweet addition we got DIRTY napkin. After 55 minutes we received another part of the order. Half of the flavors of gelato were missing anyway.Very, very disappointing experience. Definitely NOT gonna come back.

Paid around 7 pounds for this milkshake. I always have this one there used to be nuts inside,chocolate sauce around the cup. Will never be back

Pretty middle of the road dessert place. Nice staff, but the food could have been a little better. Presentation of the desserts was lovely though! Didn't notice any vegan options marked on the menu, but didn't ask to find out if there were menu items that could be made vegan.
