Master Wok in St. Helens

Disappointed as it be used to be nice food from here but it has gone downhill lately,I'm sure it is all just warmed up in the microwave now it doesn't taste fresh or nice anymore,none of us seem to enjoy it anymore so we won't be ordering anymore from here now on sadly.

Absolutely fantastic food, if you're ordering Chinese... I don't rate the English food at all tbh. Chicken & sweetcorn soup was lovely, as was the sesame prawn toast and won tons... The S&s chicken was amazing too... Highly rated.

Its understandable that its a busy time for delivery's but iv waited 2 hours 10 mind for my order. Rang them and its another 45 minute wait. It says 80 mins on the app they should stop taking orders. Its a joke. And the prices are up. Paid nearly £50 including delivery which is £5. Ended up getting my food at 21:20 after ordering at 17:50. Could of said it was going to be that long instead of saying 80 minutes. Even when I checked it said 80 mins all the time. Food wasn't that warm either. Ruined my night.

Had really great service from here today- called you as the system was having trouble with our postcode but they sorted that straight away and were really helpful.Delivery was quick and food was lovely when it arrived. Big portions and lots of meat and veg in the mains. Will order again

First time getting food from here and wow I ordered chip barm and fried rice n half chips costing £9.30 the rice was stodgy and looked like was microwaved n chips where frozen chips and when called them to complain the woman didn't want to help n put phone down. I AM taking it all back tomoz n if dnt get refund il stand at the door n show everyone what the food is like. As this was DISGUSTING.REFUND PLEASE.

Just ordered food abousulatly disgusting.. husband's steak looked like it had been cooked on a grill that had never been cleaned. Raw onions black garden peas chips that looks like they have been in the fryer for ever never again feel like I've been robbed no food should be sent out like that

Absolutely love food from here, tried so many dishes and never had a bad one (which is a rarity these days from my experience with other takeaways). They accept requests eg i love special chow mein but i dont like prawns, they are only to happy to accommodate and make it without. Delivery is a bonus they are generally really fast on delivery and i know the times that it takes longer i know its because they are busy and it even waiting it still saves me going out.

So flipping good. Fantastic food, good portion sizes that are fairly priced and the staff are lovely. Never been let down by the food/wait or staff but have been surprised many times by the extra mile they will go to provide the best quality service for you.
