Mcdonald's Restaurants in St. Helens

Drive through is busy most of the time but the queue goes down quickly. I always order from the app and that speeds things up a little My order is ready most of the time, only had to park up and wait a few times when it's been very busy.

Waited over half an hour for food when been through drive through and then when we went in to complain and get our order, bits were missing. shocking service and food was cold

Waited 25 mins to collect my order ( 2 Happy Meals and a 6 nugget meal) and then one item was missing. Definitely not fast food and poor service !

Sat there now with two young kids. Food arrived cold, items missing. Full of teenagers swearing and table dirty. Food took about 30 mins so not really fast food. AVOID imo.

Ordered 4 separate meals for me and family, one being a child. We didn’t try receive the happy meal and one of the burgers for another meal. When trying the ring the restaurant the phone rang for a while and then was taken off the receiver so all I heard was background noise and when trying to ring back it was engaged as the phone was taken off the receiver. Ridiculous

Drive-Through is usually quite busy but goes quickly. As good as McDonalds can be really! Friendly staff and if you order using the app for collection, food is almost always ready by the time you get to the collection window. :)

It’s always been good however whenever trying to order on Just Eat. I go through with my order as normal, says they’re open and delivering and as I go to pay it says it’s no longer taking orders, yet they’re open? I don’t understand why I could make my full order but as I go to pay it’s just not accepting it anymore.

Absolutely shocking service, orders managed really badly, poor servers were so confused. The drinks orders just all piled up, servers just couldn't find orders so by the time the order was complete it was all cold. Also just on another note, the onions were chopped up so big! They used to be much finer

Meet a colleague for lunch and a catch up. The fries were piping hot, hence 1 star. The quarter pounder, which I'd customised was stone cold. Normally I would have complained but I didn't have time for it to be remade. That evening I had stomach cramps and was quiet violently sick, which I never am. This was all I'd had to eat that day so you be the judge. I will not be back.

Well don't bother ordering a large, you don't get it, infact i couldnt even say the food was warm, it wasn't..The chips have clearly been left for way too long, burgers where ok.. aka slightly warm and not half missing! all in all £25 order half cold, all short on portions.. dont suppose it matters when half of it will go in the bin
