Extremely poor. Cold food. Very brown and greasy chips. Ordered chocolate milk shake and it had absolutely no taste. Wrong order given. Had to go back to restaurant to correct twice. Definitely wouldn't recommend as this is not the first time we have had bad and wrong food at this particular mcdonalds. May I suggest some staff training.

Got to be the worst Mac d building I've ever been in. This place was only built a few years ago. I've been with the Grandkids a few times. Had a So called refit recently. You are now confronted by a dark Wall as you enter, stairs & a lift door. There's 2 screens to order & a hatch to collect your food or I presume you can order from a seat upstairs if you have the App & are competent enough to use this.I arrived at about 9.45 am thought I would order e Breakfast muffin. I used to get these in 1996 when I worked at Stevenage.Which then weren't at all bad. Now sadly a different story. (Horrible) The more disturbing thing on my mind was how many drivers I witnessed coming in to collect orders for delivery all in a separate Vehicle 1 of which was a large Merc estate, at least a dozen in the half hour or so I was there. How can this be A. Viable? B. Good for the environment? I just don't get it. It's a sorry state. I will not be going back. Mac D have a responsibility to look after the planet more.

Used the click and collect service. The site is situated busy area of time, which impacted on the service.Staff very friendly and helpful.Bad points is the bins outside where left to over flow, attracting slot of seagulls.

Since they have changed the layout of the branch, giving priority to drive through and deliveroo. This branch is way to small for walk-ins, the food is usually cold, the coffee is also cold and only half full. It's a disgrace. Won't be going again.

Drive thru order was wrong, ordered via the app and used a code. Drove back and the manager offered to redo the order fresh and was told to wait in car park. They come out with the order and its wrong again, so we sent then back. They came out again and it was right but as they were passing it thru the window the guy drops a full cup of cola into my car, carpets are soaked. Won't be visiting here again.

Very often hit and miss. Most recently was very disappointed that my order was wrong and I was waiting 15 mins to remake a burger so rest of my order was going cold/melting. Manager offered to remake food but was still lukewarm at best.Feels like UBER Eats/Deliveroo orders take priority over customers ordering in the restaurant

Absolute shambles! Had a pretty basic order, 2 burgers and a happy meal. Had to pull up and wait only to find that there were another 9 vehicles waiting! Staff walking around with orders not having a clue where to take them, food was fairly cold by time it arrived, however by then I was ready for eating my left leg so ended up accepting the meal.

The worst visit ever. After waiting over 15 minutes to get through the drive through, bearing in mind it was after midnight, part of the meal was missing . some milkshakes. When I returned to get them, I was told I couldn't have more without the receipt I hadn't been given. The food went cold trying to sort it out and the replacement shakes I eventually got had to be returned because there were no flavours in them.No apology and no attempt to help me sort out the issue. Obviously they are too lazy even to clean out the machines. This is the worst customer service I have had in a long time and was, quite frankly, a disgrace. I expect better. The manager should be sacked. He has no understanding of customer service and couldn't even be bothered to find out that we were telling the truth! His people skills are non existent.
