Not my first choice but family wanted to go to Nando’s so I went along. Greeter on arrival was really happy and cheerful. A few things were out of stock but didn’t affect what we wanted. Used the online ordering for the first time, much much better than the old queue up and lose track of what you wanted system. Had a question about ingredients, greeter found out all the details for us. After placing order the manager approached to tell us there would be a longer than usual waiting time for the food and offered us two complimentary starters. When our mains arrived we were surprised that the sides were much bigger than we expected. Everything was cooked perfectly and we cleared the table. Lots of comments about what a good time we had had. Cheers, Nando’s. You’ve gone way up in my estimations.

One of our favourite places to eat. Never over crowded, sometimes you have to wait for a table, but they ask you to scan a qr code and join a digital waiting list, they then message you saying your table is ready and give you 10 minutes to return once you say you still want the table. We have had a couple of problems with the food but the company has been great in rectifying.

Won't be stepping foot in their again served by a young girl nicole with a real attitude problem no welcome or smile when we arrived made us feel really uncomfortable the restaurant wasn't busy and we didn't get a choice in seating. Went up to the till to order our food to have her rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing because I couldn't hear her mumbling over the counter what sides and spices we wanted especially that she got them wrong herself when I asked for mild we sat down and when our food arrived my girlfriend asked for mayo she came back and threw it on the end of the table definitely in the wrong line of work if that's your hospitality...for a resteraunt that specialises in chicken it was dry and was barely warm not worth the money .

Horrendous service, we arrived seeing plenty of free tables. But for two people was told a 20-30 minute wait, staff were persistently telling people to scan the QR code to join the queue, when the place was practically empty, and didn’t fill up much more through our stay either, so it wasn’t liked they were reserved.Plenty of staff about, but majority stood around in groups having conversations, rather than running the food ready to go or clearing tables so waiting guests could actually sit down?We eventually got sat after 25 minutes, on a table that had been empty and free since we arrived..Brilliant waste of time!Drinks glasses arrived warm, food was ok nothing special, toilets filthy and staff just overall unhelpful and useless.Probably the worst nando’s i’ve ever been too.

Even though it was late on a Sunday, staff were still friendly and attentive, food was of the expected nandos standard and we weren't rushed to leave.Would go again

Called in for a take away for my son (who has autism) the young lady who served us was fantastic and got him a menu and gave him plenty time to decide what he wanted when his first choice spice wasn't available. She was fantastic and I'd definitely return to this same restaurant with my son. I didn't catch her name but she's a very good member of staff to have. Thank you for making what could of ended in a melt down a positive experience.

It was a half empty restaurant that couldn't cater a seating area of choice for 2 of us, we were told where to sit, yet others got to choose their seating that came in afterwards.Food was rushed out, we were taking the first mouthful of our starter when mains came out. Mains came out again a minute later by another member of staff. We didn't enjoy the dry food brought out later when we'd finished our starter. Not a good experience.

Ordered a takeaway and it was nice. Very organised with a bag with sauces, napkins and an also an allergy booklet which is handy for people who need it. Lovely meal and staff seem friendly enough when picking job!

Shocking service, 20 min wait for food and sent family with 8 year old In the rain. Empty tables but Ste manager said they were taken due to que, we stood inside for 5 mins and no one came for the table. Girl managing front blamed COVID but manager said no waiting area. Will not be eating here again.

Food was hot, chicken was juicy, staff friendly. That side of it was great. The new ordering system though via a downloaded app, creating an account, verifying it via email, ordering, putting in details etc.Was overly long and complex, if someone who isn't confident on tech goes they'll struggle. My dad who I went with said if I wasn't there to do it he would have just left and found somewhere else.
