Newtonpizza in St. Helens

I made an order via just eat which was accepted, but did not receive! Frustrated and annoyed. Avoid this place!

Decided to cancel my order after making me wait 20+ minutes for no reason, thanks for wasting my time and the refund is 3-5 working days. Not reliable at all.

Ordered food and paid. Received a message saying due to high demand we cannot fulfil your order. Left it a bit and tried again, got a message saying it had been accepted and was 'cooking' then another message saying it had again been cancelled as the shop was closed! Make your minds up! Yet they're still letting orders go through 🤬

Order off here regularly when in Newton visiting relatives. Always had good food and good delivery.Phoned up with our order and was told it would be 1 hour. No problem at all so we waited. 1 hour and 45mins later it eventually turned up. No apology given just food handed over and delivery man hurried off.Opened our order and half of it was completely wrong. By this stage we were fuming. Contacted them back again for them to say that's what we ordered. Obviously trying it on with us as the order contained items we never asked for. Food was also a third of the normal size and lukewarm.We will never order again from here and now we have been told it has been taken over it all makes sense. The younger lad who usually took the orders was a pleasure to deal with but looks like he has gone. Mores the pity as he never got our orders wrong and never gave us lukewarm food.We suggest to the owner that if you cannot keep up the standards of the old Newton Pizza then you will go bust. Your reviews are going downhill very quickly and word spreads.Such a shame as this was the best place for pizzas in the town.

Last 2 times we have ordered we have only received part orders, rang them and they have said both times they will send the rest of the order, and both times they have not after it being 20 mins late. Its a case of take your money and run. Will not be ordering again from here again, gave them a 2nd chance to see if any difference, they will not be getting a 3rd. Customer service shocking.

Ordered food tonight and after waiting 2 hours for the order both pizzas were cold and the base of the pizzas were very under cooked. Will not be ordering again, very poor service !!!!

Still waiting for food to be delivered almost 2 hours after ordering. Wont be ordering again.

My dinner kebab tasted more well behave rather than naughty. Not 12" as advertised. 3 stars, but somewhat solid newton cuisine.

Nice pizzas, chicken burger pleasant but don’t leave me wanting to get another. Best garlic mayo I have found in the area however 😃

Meal wasn’t to bad, but if I order food for example “chicken burger meal with cheese on the chips” I expect that to be delivered as I did pay for that... yes the meal came but not correct most Defiently wouldn’t be ordering from here again!
