Poor value, vegan options tasteless and four different mains bulked out with a lot of broccoli and onion and ingredients as advertised missing.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Placed order through just eat at 4pm to be delivered at 7pm. Order never confirmed by restaurant. Tried to phone restaurant four times to see what was happening. Phone rang out each time. Just eat tried to call too. They didn't get through. Had to cancel order through just eat. After reading all the bad reviews of this restaurant and the poor service they offer, I will certainly take note of them. To the owner of this restaurant, DO NOT insult me further by responding to this feedback. You ruined a special night.This is not a fake review as the owner is saying. Order was a pre-order made at 4pm. See photo.The owners remarks just go to show how much they take customer care seriously.I suggest that you do not take pre-orders or orders if you can not deliver them on time and look at answering your phone. If you had bothered to answer the phone this review wouldn't be on here.

Absolutely delicious vegan food, which can be a rarity for takeaways in St Helens! Everything we got was incredible!

First time here tonight me an hubby thoroughly enjoyed it, food was delicious.. Service fast and polite.. Definitely recommend a visit.. We will be definitely coming back 😁

We ordered a delivery on a Monday night the food was late. The food had no flavour and was not worth the money. We thought we would try as our usual Thai next door was closed will definitely be sticking with our usual Thai next time food is 100% nicer and well worth the money!

We ordered our food at 6pm on Saturday, expecting a delay due to the weekend. I was informed that it would be delivered by 7.25pm. Despite the delay, i understood that this is a busy period and was fine with that. The food did not arrive on time and in fact was delayed a further 3 times eventually arriving at 8.50pm! By this time we were past hunger and it was virtually the end of the night. I tried to call the restaurant on 5 occasions with no reply and the phone just ringing out. When the food did arrive and i parted with over £40, i found that the two main meals were as ordered but we got no sesame pork toast and no chips. These were replaced with pork balls and chicken satay! Food that we received tasted nice, so if you are happy to wait 3 hours, pay a similar price to a chinese restaurant and not receive what you ordered then possibly this is the place for you.

Absolutely shocking service, ordered the food and was told it would be 50 minutes for delivery, 10 minutes after this time had elapsed we rang and were told, it would be another 25 minutes. The reason because their restaurant was busy so they could not cook the food but it was on and would be with us. After another 30 minutes the food was still not here, rang them again and it was the same excuse which was flimsy at best the first time round, at this point it had been 1 hour 30 mins since we ordered, again waiting another half about for the exact same excuse and eventually 3 hours after ordering the food arrived!! Well some of it did, it arrived missing part of our order and the starter player which cost £13 was a bit of broccoli with the tiniest amount of batter on it. So once again we rang to complain about this and again the same excise was made followed by a proclamation that they never have bad reviews but a couple of minutes checking shows that they actually do. To say the service was poor is an understatement, absolutely shocker from start to finish if it’s going to take you 3 hours to get food to someone you should at least make sure that it’s correct and do not try to argue and lie to the customer!
